Store employees are always so helpful and willing to locate items if need be always clean inside and I know they are caring people if at all possible I would like to chat with someone who makes donations to churches and other non profits

Being a Home Improvement Contractor and living two miles south of another home improvement supply house, I passed it a thousand times in the last fifteen years on my way to The Salem Home Depot which is twelve miles North of me. It's not Home Depot but the associates that (are) Home Depot worth the trip.

The Store, it's Employees, and Managent not only provided me with quality items at a reasonable price, they also made my shopping experience quite enjoyable and easy. In that, the reason for my visit was because of two traumatic water leaks and some damaged electrical components. Wow, what a way to take the negative edge off of a very bad, unexpected, and potentially very expensive experience. My Christmas mood is somewhat rescued, especially with the way this year of 2020 has gone. Finally, something very positive, out of all of the havoc.

The Salem store is convenient to us in Northern Columbiana Cty. It is eay to get to and very easy to enter and exit. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Sheves stocked as well, even better than home inprovement store in larger urban areas. l

Too many people in store. No social distancing. Cashier was signing up people for credit cards at her register in the contractor side! Really? We're on a time budget to get our work done. They were giving free gifts away for signing up. Gifts were at a different register. I waited in line for 15 minutes! While 2 people signed up for cards.

The employee at the paint dept. was very friendly and helpful with all the supplies I needed for my painting project. Speedy checkout and friendly cashier, making my shopping experience a pleasant one!

The employees including management went above and beyond to assist me with a return of an item I ordered online and they helped me order a replacement item. The people I called at Homedepot.com were no help at all but he employees of this local store were amazingly helpful. I will shop here again for sure.

Need help in carpet department. Kerrie is a helpful manager in charge of carpet. She does very well to try to help with installer problems but the she cannot help the overall system of ordering and install. The store needs a professional install expert to go on site.

Today my visit was not pleasant. I am disabled, I use a service dog to help me walk. When I shop at a large store such as Home Depot I need to use a wheel chair. Today I went to Home Depot in Salem, Ohio parked in a handicap space unloaded my chair and my dog entered the store and found what I needed. I went to customer service to check out as I have many times in the past. I was told I could not check out there that they no longer had a register at customer service that I needed to go to the other end of the store to check out, this is very difficult for me, That check out is very far from your handicap parking. After I check out I must leave the store cross the parking lot in my chair must watch for on coming cars to go back to handicap parking. It is no longer easy to shop at this Home Depot. Your Customer Service is no longer customer service.

Some male workers need a little more patience and show off their talents rather than have the customer assume they know more.

The store was very clean and organized. The employees were very friendly as well as helpful. I would recommend Salem Home Depot to all of my associates. Home Depot is also very convenient because it is near my home.

This store was extremely clean, the employees were very helpful when it came to selecting products for my project. And provided advice on what tools to use! In regards to social distancing, there wasn’t too many customers in the store and employees kept there space well! This store is never to busy and always fully stocked!

Very well maintained store throughout. All employees were very polite and were lots of help even during these tough times I would gladly return to the store.
