Only thing I have to say is I can pass 6 sales people and they never can say how can I help you ,

Mark, Matthew, and Megan, deserve an award for going above the call of duty to assist customers with all their needs, and making sure they leave satisfied. Those 3 never seem to get the credit they deserve, and I've seen them go over many obstacles and trials in their short time there. Many could learn from their example, and be more appreciative of others, like these 3 are. Everyone else seems too serious and stuck on themselves!!

I would recommend anybody I know to shop at the salem store

As a local contractor doing business with this location for many years now I have seen many faces come and go. There are several rock solid associates in several departments who tirelessly do their work in addition to going the extra mile to assist us anyway they can. I frequent this store on average 2 to 3 times a week and actually pass a building supply competitor each time I do. The same products can be bought from many different suppliers but like I said, It's all about the face of the organization. In my opinion the fuel perks are an added bonus. I am not permitted to name names but departments were not off limits..... flooring, mill works, electrical, paint, kitchens and lumber, hats off to the pro desk as well and even the service counter personal and many of the cashiers... Okay, I'm done, thanks

a real easy place to shop ,the associates are always very helpful. the parking lot is always taken care of with lots of easy parking

Anytime I need something I always check my home depot app that tells me exactly what I need to know before even getting in my vehicle like for example if my store has it and the price how many in stock etc.

Very happy with the help I received from Carol Muth, the appliance specialist who helped me pick out my new washer/dryer. She took the time to walk me through all the different options and choose the one that best fit what I needed. The delivery was painless as well and the new washer/dryer work great! Will be very happy to shop at this store again for any future home improvement projects I might do.

went in to buy a hot water heater. I was not pressured into buying the most expensive one like most stores try to get you to do. I was given the pros and cons of each model and capacity and actually ended up buying the cheapest one available. The associate answered all of my questions and even showed me answers that were in the manuals. Very pleased with my experience.

I just love the Salem Home Depot because the people that work there are so friendly and knowledgeable. Always a great shopping experience. Most times everything is in stock with a great selection.

The employees are always very helpful and they know you by name which is great considering how many people walk through the doors.

Carol was the associate who helped us to select new appliances. She is very helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. I would definitely recommend shopping at Home Depot and asking for Carol on your next appliance purchase.

GREAT PLACE TO SHOP FOR ALL YOUR HOME IMPROVMENT NEED'S

I have only been here twice.... everyone of the employees are polite and know legible, and I liked the lumber it was all great looking...

I had no problem finding what needed. associate were very helpful in ordering m our door and also are bathroom sinks

I have not had good service in this store. The only helpful person was the woman at the door very nice lady and helped us go to the right spot. The cashier insisted we go through the self checkout which I hate. Said she would help. Then she was too busy talking to an employee to finish helping. I struggled to put the big stuff in the cart while the stood and talked. Then I left half my purchase behind because I did not realize she hadn't put them in the cart. This is the second bad experience I have had there I do not plan on going there any more. Terrible service. I was happy to wait in line, but I am not happy now.

I entered the store and was asked right away if I needed help finding something. I told the ladies what I was looking for and they directed me straight to it . I purchased my items and was out in no time flat. That's exactly how I like to shop, Awesome! Thank You!
