We originally decided to go to Boardman to get a hot water tank we seen on line , at another building supply store but since we were in Salem , we decided to check out what Home Depot had , before I knew it , I was at the check out . the associate was very helpfull in recommending the other things I'd need and made this first time efford a snap, less then 2 hours it was in . no water or gas leaks, lit the 3 rd attempt .

At time building supply stores can be overwhelming to me. Home Depot is a friendly place with someone always close by to help. I always find the store clean and can check out quickly

Found what we wanted, located the boxed item right below the display item. Walked to an open cashier and was out the door in 5 minutes from start to finish.

Sales Associate Justin was extremely helpful. He assisted in carrying out the grill we purchased and offered a suggestion of a better cover for less money and an obvious better product for the money. He took great care in loading the grill into our truck with our assistance, and was an extremely dedicated worker.

I am usually in the Salem store at least once a week. The store is always organized and clean. And an associate is usually easy to locate and very helpful. All of the staff are very nice. The products are of good quality and are reasonably priced. I highly recommend Salem Home Depot!!

The selection of products and the prices are always great at the Salem Home Depot. We love shopping there for all our home and lawn care needs.

The associate not only knew where the product was located but also knew it's application. She made helpful suggestions and recommendations. Check out was quick and easy!

Always find several choices for what I need. Price is not always competitive but they have it. This saves time and gas. Also appreciate the veterans discount.

The store was clean and didn't really need help this time.. I pretty much know where most everything is in the store. Used the coupon app on my phone to get a discount, worked great. Have been there a few times when it was hard to find help.

Best Home Depot I've been to. We have bought granite, carpet, special order doors from this store this year. All of the items were high quality. The sales associates were all very knowledgable and friendly, especially Dennis, the designer in the kitchen cabinet/ counter department.

While I was looking at products for a small repair of some shower tiles An associate approached me and politely offered his assistance. He showed me where the products were located and suggested a few things to make the job easier that I hadn't thought of. At the check-out the associate there was also friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable. Overall I really appreciated the attitude of the employees, it was the best customer service I've received anywhere in a long time.

VIGORO RUBBER MULCH-- mocha brown product. Love the product, it looks great and easy to spread about. Have had it for two years and still looks great. I have used this around my house and recommend it to others. It is more expensive than regular mulch and I wish the price was a little lower, but in the long run I have saved money by not having to replace my mulch every year. I have a lot of landscaping, completing half last year and the rest this year. The sales associate offered more than once to have someone assist me to load my vehicle.

I wish i could remember the ladies name that helped me for about an hour in the plumbing dept. I needed a deep well water pump and all the fittings that went with my application. Keep in mind i'm a retired person and at best a "back yard mechanic". I am one that has to see something in order to do it, i have no vision of the mind. This lady let me take pump from the box and guided me thru each step to ensure i had everything for fittings right down to the new clamps for water lines. She was so very helpful and had a great sense of humor. She is the reason i shop at the home depot. Not prices, because frankly i can usually beat the prices. She was there on Sunday morning, July 12 at about 10am. You should research and see which associate she was and give her a raise. She was i'd say in her 60's and i was quite impressed with her knowledge of plumbing. She said she was like me, that if she could watch something being done, i.e. youtube video, she could do it and as i said, she walked me thru each step. I went home and with complete success installed my new water pump. My sincere thanks to this lady.

I have received so much help and advice from the store associates, I won't go anywhere else.
