Horrible unprofessional employee at self checkout

I came in the other day and waited for a manager named, Michael, and he never appeared until 30-40mins. He didn’t even give me the time of the day. It had gotten to the point where I just chuckled and just accepted his unwillingness to help. Finally, an employee came and helped me. It was a simple quick fix, which made it all the more frustrating. He was beyond disrespectful and cut me off any time I was wanting a simple resolution to my order. He blew me off, and after waiting for now 1hr to just be told there’s nothing he can do??? I expected more. It seemed like normal behavior as other employees seemed used to him not appearing. I had issues with him in regards to my orders when Mark Cox was store manager. He shouldn’t have to be a pain every time I come in, right?

Chico was incredible and such a joy to be around! He was incredibly kind and helpful! He took the time with just himself at checkout to help me load my items!

Great customer service from Dionista at this location. She went above and beyond to get what I needed and made sure before I left the stores I was able to sync up with the right people for product availability. Cutos Dionista and thanks for making this experience an awesome one at the Hoem Depot store.

Visited for some much needed items for my huge plant named Henry. We were assisted by John, who is very knowledgeable about plants. Daniella & Jeri, our cashiers were so cheery. The manager, Mr. Wolf is a genuinely nice guy & gave us a discount on which was so kind and greatly appreciated. Everette was so cool & even went so far as to load our SUV with our purchase. THIS is what exemplary customer service looks like. They provided a top tier shopping experience! Home Depot-GIVE THEM ALL A RAISE!

If you ever have questions or issues, this Home Depot has the best staff. Especially Moses - he is amazing. He has been very helpful across a number of years with my plumbing and DIY work.

I have shopped Peachtree Dunwoody Rd. Home Depot for years and they are efficient, friendly and helpful.

I was looking for garden hooks and the placement was hard to find and ended up being blocked by tall plants in a corner. The hook is good, light weight and strong, looks durable, and there are no sharp metal sharp edges, and it is the best price on the market, hope have the white color. Good quality, I love Home Depot!

I go out of my way to shop at the Sandy Springs store because the people I encounter seem happy with their jobs and are willing to be of help. I haven't had an unpleasant experience at that location after years of shopping there. The store is well stocked and clean.

I am a contractor and I shop at Home Depot for clients constantly, I do not pay for materials clients do.....The Pro area should call the customer at this store just like every other store I go to. However this store is the ONLY store that gives me a hassle at checkout because they have to call the customer for payment.

Cashier Kratina went above and beyond when I dropped my drivers license in the store and she ran next door to Costcos to find me so she could return it to me. She also performed well at the register with processing my purchases and returns. Very personable and accommodating.

My husband and I are not DIY folks so when we wanted out door motion doctor with lights for our back yard we "kind of"knew what we wanted but we didn't know enough and the help we got was personal patient knowledgable and honest. Denise could have shown us the most expensive option but she instead (the we pointed to one) said "that's not going to suit your needs and gave options we would not have thought about. Definitely for lighting needs go to Denise at the Home Depot on Peachtree Dunwoody Road!!
