I just wrote an earlier review telling about my new carpet installation. The two men that came were over the top helpful and insisted on helping me put all my furniture back in the living room. I was very grateful!

Bad delivery service.

The help we received from Al in hardware was superb. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to help us tremendously in several departments. It really makes your day when you get this kind of service!

They eliminated the cashiers and hired the customers to scan their own items for free! Why put the work on customers? Please bring back cashiers.

I love this store, but will only buy <$15 due to city greed. I normally drive to Costa Mesa (7.75%) to my little tiny protest.

We bought a new Maytag Dishwasher! Our salesperson, Wade, was polite, cheerful, patient, professional and very helpful. He listened to what we wanted and helped us narrow the field, so to speak, till we made our decision. Then he wrote-up our order, did the paperwork for the delivery, installation and hauling away our old dead 44yr old dishwasher. Lots of dishwashers to choose from in the store. We were able to handle all of them! Thanks guys!

Whether I have a question in any department, I’m given the right answers and advice.

I just had a simple return, and the gentleman helping me was very fast and polite.

as soon as I took it home the drain snake machine I noticed that they gave me the wrong size for the kitchen sink, I immediately call service and they said if I return it and if I change it they would change me full amount .. even if I didn’t used the machine I rented, I return it with in 20 minutes .. they didn’t try to help me any way possible

I bought a lot of things and I'm happy

This store is the best. Well stocked and knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I was at store 0606 in Santa Ana, I had a issue with my oven it was expensive oven and its was just 2 year old I try to call manufacturer but I can’t get it done after so many tries I went to store and Mandeep jandu she helps me and figure it out called them and collect my info and they did make a appointment right away and came my home and it’s finally fixed thank you for your help

No customer service when I entered the store until I checked out. No greeting from any of the associates. No thank you for my purchase.

It is deplorable that this store only has self checkout. I am disabled and cannot use this and every time I go they never have regular cashiers. Why should customers do the work? This is not only unethical but plain discrimination against disabled folks.

Santa Ana location is an older Home Depot footprint,probably smaller than typical store interiors of today…but still just as shop-able. More product is displayed outside, so more large products like furniture can be scanned quickly to hone in on the more interesting choices.

The employees at this store are friendly and helpful. Always ready to help. The service is fast. The store clean and organized.

Wade at Home Depot was great he gave us probably the best customer service we ever encountered. Thank you Wase.

Went inside to grab a few things I had forgotten with my curbside pickup order. Saw that there was a long line for I store pick up. So after buying what I missed, drove to curbside pickup spot and waited over 30 minutes for nothing. Canceled order and went elsewhere.

Other than the employees getting all up in my space when I didn't even ask for help made me feel like they thought I was stealing something it was a cool experience

I came in to buy a rolling tool box but there was none built. One of your employees took my order and told me it would be built by Tuesday 4/22/24. I showed up on Wednesday 4/23/24 to pick up my item and they brought me a toolbox in a carton not built. Customer service rep told me that I had to take it in the box. I then asked to refund me my money and went elsewhere to buy a rolling toolbox.

Please recognize both Jerry and Sergio for going above and beyond to make my shopping experience excellent.

I love the store. Have been helped with plumping things with Len I believe his name is. Big guy and knows his stuff . But have noticed frequently dusty products on the box, especially faucets .

This store has Kenny J who is the start for any plumbing problem you may have and need any of out of the box solutions. Highly recommend looking for him

Noe was amazing and went above and beyond to help us with a purchase and credit card purchase we did at this store he was so helpful and patient. This store should have more people like him.

The two young staff intentionally directed me to the wrong aisles when asked for help to find the products. Disappointed to find they were acting to be courteous and one staff looked at the device and still gave the wrong info. Wasted time heading to the aisles; ended up searching homedepot.com to find the correct aisles.
