Anticipate to be frustrated and disappointed, no problem taking your money, but returning when it’s their fault, check in the mail in 21 days, then the check will be on hold for 7 days, in the meantime they made you lost the job and lost more money.

I was in aisle 12 and asked the employee named Frank, that was there if he could assist me finding certain screw sizes, I showed him what sizes I required and he rudely told me that he didn't know anything about screws and told me to figure it out. He didn't offer to find another employee with more knowledge to assist me. I seeked another employee who assured me that he would have someone there to help me and told me to go back to aisle 12 and wait. 15 mins had passed and no one showed up. Terrible service!

Everyone is very nice and are pleased to see me because I go there very often. They have great coffee.

Every time I go to this Home Depot and need help, the associates are always there and do their best. Yesterday, Marc helped me in finding the proper front door hardware. He could not have been nicer. He knew the products and found just the perfect one for me and in a very short period of time. I so appreciated it, especially as I had just come from another store after being there over an hour and the associate was of no help.

Most of the employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly at this HomeDepot. Occasionally, two to three employees required more training on services and products knowledge. However, recently I found JOSEPH DINH in the painting department by far the best employee at this HomeDepot. JOSEPH, this young man is very knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy. JOSEPH went above and beyond his responsibilities to assist when I needed most, which he did for me. He has certainly changed my point of view at HomeDepot way better than before. Thanks to JOSEPH excellent services.

My kitchen floor replacement was done by Santa Ana Home Depot. I went there whenever I need because it's very close to my home and very nice employee.

Friendly employees that go above and beyond to help the customer. Clean and well stocked store.

Store was well-kept, most items in stock, and staff was very helpful and friendly when assistance was needed. I definitely recommend this location.

Best store ever. Great manager and the employees are professional, knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. Have had the best experiences at this location. It's my go-to store.

Recommend that an employee be in available in each section of the store to alleviate long waits for assistance in purchases. Also there is a lack of gardening expertise in the garden section; recommend qualified person be available for plant and insecticide questions/recommendations.

Good Experience!

My car was vandalized in the parking lot. I reported it to a store manager, who told me to call the police, and that Home Depot would cooperate if contacted by the police. There was no concern for me, or my car. That's probably corporate policy to avoid liability, but for customer service, it earns a poor review, and makes me think about other places I'd rather do business. The only good thing was that several other shoppers in the parking lot offered to help me with the clean up.

I want to express my extreme gratitude and awe at this Home Depot, customer service, and sheer niceness of Claudia and on-site assistant manager on 3/10 evening. They are quickly pulling together to meet customer service while pressure in RETURN and they could not have been more delightful and helpful. Thank you for those two treasures. They are stellar examples of the customer service that makes a positive difference when working under pressure.

I always have to visit this store when I am in the area, the garden shop is amazing, I always find what I am looking for and items I am not looking for. Store associates are very helpful.

Had a very good experience with store employee Jessica Rodriquez very informative and very knowledgeable with answers to several questions that I asked.

Store was well stocked, clean, and all display tags were easy to read. Was not rushed to purchase anything, even though we were there 30 minutes before the store was to close. Cashier, Veronica was very friendly and patient as I applied for a credit card and did a purchase. I appreciated the small talk she made which was genuine. Made my brother, husband, and me feel important and welcomed. Her appearance was clean and attitude was humble. It's good to see how a yound lady knows how to greet and talk to customers. We'll defenitely be back to shop at this location, GOOD JOB VERONICA, keep up the positive attitude and great service!

I mean, You expect poor service from hardware stores. It's kind of the experience right? Employees here are worse. Surly and incredibly unhelpful. Usually once you track one down they'll help you out, Here you feel like you are personally inconveniencing them for having the nerve to ask them for assistance. Did you find the products you were looking for easily? No Were you able to get assistance if you needed it? No Was the store clean? No Were our associates friendly and helpful? No

The store is clean and well stocked. I can't think of a time I didn't get what I needed. Employees are helpful.

The cashier Daniel as his name is on the receipt. Didn't even acknowledge us to say hello and my dad had to ask for our total since he was quite and not acknowledging us.

I love my Home Depot!! Been going there for years and there are many employees who are former tradespeople and therefore, very knowledgeable in their areas. This is very helpful to avid diy-ers like myself. There is always a friendly someone who will try to help you find what you need/want or educate you about products and methods.

Although, I found what I was looking for, I could never find anyone to help me! The store is small but very clean. The only reason I came to the Santa Ana store, they had the item I needed in stock, otherwise I always shop at the Costa Mesa Home Depot!!
