Had a very helpful associate show us the storage options-- ok, but it does seem like an area they could expand a bit. As always, great cleaning supplies, and surprisingly good moving and shipping products. Wish I knew for sure if those wooden crates comfortably fit LPs, though.

Each visit to Home Depot is a success. When I go to the electrical and plumbing department, the sales associates are very knowledgeable of the products and bend over backwards to explain the product and its use.

came in just looking for scotchgaurd and thought that it would be a simple and quick visit, but after asking several employees where to find it, each employee ended up directing us to the INCORRECT aisle each time. and no one was willing to walk us to the correct aisle to assist us in finding our product.

I called the store to check on availability of a vacuum cleaner belt and bags. The associate found the items that I needed and took them to the service desk so they would be waiting for me when I got there. All I had to do was come to the store's service desk, pick-up and pay for the items. Thank you for the great service!

This is my go to store for all my hardware needs. Employees are helpful and the store is clean. They usually have what I am looking for and if not, employees are helpful of telling me other places where I can find what I need.

The store associate spent time giving me suggestion which toilet I should have bought. Then, another staff helped me loading the toilet on my cart. Finally, the cashier helped to push the toilet to my car and loaded it for me. Great service!

Organized easy to find items espeacially with the app

Spent half hour each on two separate visits in Costa Mesa store trying to find someone that could order windows was told to come back after first visit and second visit was told nobody was there that knew how to order windows. Went to Santa Ana store was told nobody was there that knew how to order windows. On second trip to Santa Ana store we ordered the windows. Later when picking up, 2 windows were damaged. When all windows were in store we found at home that they were sized wrong (computer did not subtract half inch for installation clearance) and had to be returned and reordered again.

Super selection of fresh cut Christmas trees --- very well organized and great friendly, professional service in fresh cut, wrapping for transport and loading on vehicle safe and securely!!!!

we needed to purchase window blinds. the specialist that helped us was extremely helpful and patient. he even called another company to order us some parts for our old blinds and they were shipped to our home at no charge. if i need to make anymore purchases or get any advice i will definitely seek him out.

Products were relatively easy to find -- make sure you read the aisle directory, very helpful

The store could use more helpful and (willing) associates. Not the ones that walk by you, giving no eye contact, so, that you hopefully don't ask them a question

The gentleman in the garden departrment explained to me all about the different kinds of mulch which was very helpful and appreciated.

For this $3.13 purchase, I thought why swipe a credit card, just pay cash! Rung myself up at self-checkout, deposited the wrong amount of change. Display stated that my 7 cents was received, so I inserted the $10. (subtotal was 3.07, with tax was 3.13 - hence my confusion) $1 came out, followed by 94 cents and the machine was still whirring as the associate checks out another customer as I was gathering the 94 cents wondering why the machine did that. I was waiting for the $5, but was rushed because someone else's items were scanned and the customer walked up next to me to pay. Got the $1.94, bagged my items and totally forgot where's my $5? I thought it'd come out because the machine was whirring but it didn't. Point of my story - just swipe your credit card. No numbers to get confused with and much harder for them to cheat you out of your hard earned money.

This Home Depot is pretty big. Store was clean. Plenty of parking. Associates here are very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks Santa Ana Home Depot!
