I grabbed a gallon of unmixed, pure white paint off the shelves. When I got home, I discovered it was actually a mixed gallon of beige that someone had put on the shelves. When I went to request a replacement for this mistake the store had made, store management refused to fix the issue.

My shopping experience is completely ruined by the rise of self-checkouts, and here's why: it feels like stores are making customers do the work that should be done by employees. When I shop, I expect a certain level of service—having someone scan my items and assist me when needed. Self-checkouts force me to take on the role of the cashier, and that feels frustrating and disrespectful. It’s not just about scanning items; it's the whole hassle of trying to navigate the system, dealing with errors, and often feeling rushed or confused. I didn’t sign up for this—I’m there to shop, not to work. It’s a big turn-off and leaves me feeling undervalued as a customer.

I purchased two items at Alameda and Klamath this morning and got to use the new self-service check out layout. Self-service has been in operation for a while, but the new layout is nice. Great support by the attendant in the area.

I purchased a full set of kitchen appliances and was very happy with Shelly, in the appliance department at Store 1505 in Denver Colorado. I live out of state and the appliances were purchased for a rental house. It was very comforting to know that the purchase was done with such ease. I’m a long time customer of Home Depot and I’ll continue as such for this continued service. Thank You!

Great service in store during purchase. Delivery and set up were flawless- driver and helper were courteous and treated my home like their own. Fridge was installed properly & was clean. Would certainly recommend. PS- there was an additional price drop that showed up on my bill w/o asking- I like no hassels!

Every single time I go to this store, there is a multitude of people loitering in the parking lot asking or begging for something. It never feels safe to park. I generally avoid coming to this location as a result.

The folks at this store are all very helpful and especially friendly too. I wanted a set of Rhino Ramp - automotive Ramps and Home Depot #1505 was the only place that had them. "Jaquira" answered the phone and went to confirm that they were there. With all of the different knowledgeable ladies that were helping me I felt like I made friends!

The employees at Santa Fe HD that I know have great personalities and are very helpful in assisting me when needed. The assistant managers keep busy assisting customers.

I go to home Depot for my large appliances look for Richard Calder in that department he's an awesome associate and will help you thoroughly

Did not have a free battery that came with purchase of a bare tool. Couldn’t do anything to make it up. Went to another HD & they went out of their way to help me!

Home depot's online ordering system is just infuriating. They tell you something will be delivered then they cancel the order without any explanation or reasoning behind it and tell you you have to buy the material in the store even though you order the material and they confirmed it would be delivered. What is going on at home Depot? Their process and communication is atrocious

I needed to return a grill that lacked a specification that I thought I purchased. Staff was extraordinarily helpful in facilitating unloading the purchased grill from my car, helping with the return, and replacing and loading the new grill into my vehicle.

I went to Home Depot yesterday and couldn’t find what I was looking for because I really don’t know anything about drills and I got this man that was helping me. It was the best experience I’ve ever had at Home Depot. This guy was so great. He got everything I needed he carried out my packages, he said he loves working there that people are really nice to him and so I will always go back to the Santa Fe store

For the first time ever, I had a positive experience at The Home Depot. Chuck is an outstanding employee with so much knowledge. He is patient, kind, and most of all, respectful! Chuck knew where EVERYTHING was in the store and showed me where to find it. He greeted me when I came in and when I left he told me he was grateful that I came in today and hoped I would return.

This guy needs a raise! Talk about customer service I come to many Home Depot’s daily James has been one of the best sales associates I’ve had an in counter with!

Friendly Helpful Staff Large Selection

My expectations were exceeded with my entire Window Treatment Department's product selection and exceptional customer service at the Santa Fe (Store #1505) Home Depot.

10 - Ross helped me, as I bought a new deadbolt and he rekeyed the lock for me and was extremely kind, knowledgable and helpful. A great reflection of what you hope for in an employee and service provider.

I purchased a Ryobi yard blower and it works very well.

I have never experienced a store full of more apathetic and unhelpful people. The woman at checkout wouldn't even get off or look up from her phone to do her job. I couldn't find a single soul to help in my product search. Every time I go here, I am pushed to shop more and more online...I get what I want delivered to me and do not have wander the isles looking for the things I need (and yes...I have the app but often the products are not in the bay/isle that they are supposed to be in).

Daniel helped me pick the right tree and items to go with it. He helped the tree into my car and was overall just very helpful. I could feel the Happy Holiday vibes emanating out of the store.

I could not find what I was looking for. Gladys found that they did have my product in stock. She called for help to meet me. And along came Joe, who knew exactly where they had moved it for some promotion. Those two saved my time and a headache. and they did it with a smile. Thanks.

Waited in line too long and there needs to be more than 1 checker to check out the items. There were 3 in the pro section and 2 in the self checkout.
