We had no difficulty once we finally found our way to the store. Due to the construction and the fact that there is no signage, we had to go past the store (usual road is closed) and come back which wasn't easy . I don't understand why there is no signage stating "Turn here for detour to Home Depot." (or something similar). I would think this lack of any signs on Santa Fe (heading South) would be affecting business. We were so frustrated that we almost decided to go to another hardware store, such as Lowes or Ace. Please post some detour signs!

I wanted to have a spare key made for my car. I was hoping for one of the fun styles of keys but the sale associate told me that I couldn't get one of those because the car required a key with a transponder code. I've never heard of this before. Especially for a 1993 Honda. I know some of the high end cars require that, but this was a first. I'm not sure I believe it, but I will be calling Honda to find out. I suggest if it's not that you talk to your sales associate about it.

Had to buy a few items and was not familiar with the store, the associates were knowledgable about product location and there were very helpful

I needed ceiling fan and bought two. Easy to install .

I was a bit perplexed about what I needed and luckily this young man, Felixx, noticed and offered to help. In short order we found what I needed, he cut the MDF to the right sizes and helped me get it to the car.

I always find myself coming here for all my home needs. The store is close to my house and I can always find anything I need for my home here and if I can't an associate will help me find it.

Let's just say bill the manager of lumber is amazing he can help you with anything. My husband describes him as the reason we have ever completed a project and why everything we have made is so cool. I can't thank him enough. I look for him every single time... He knows every department like the back of his hand and is a problem solver! I feel confident everytime I leave and confident everytime I walk into this Santa fe store!!!

THE ASSOCIATES WHERE VERY HELPFULL AND TOOK TIME TO WORK WITH ME

I am sure whenever something goes wrong, you get a lot of feedback, instantly. My purpose here is to show a well appreciated series of good experience with the tool rental center at the Santa Fe and Alameda location. This Home Depot is the closest to my residence so that's why I started going there about 3 years ago. Starting on Friday, when I needed desperately to take some weeds down before guests arrived, I called and got ahold of the tool rental center. They helped me figure which tool was best for my job and said they had it in. I came right over and met with a young gentleman that promptly went and retrieved the tool and rang me up and offered me the insurance for only $3! When I brought it back and checked in, I had some other questions and they were addressed promptly also. If I stood alone for over a couple of minutes someone else would check and make sure I was taken care of. They made my situation a lot easier to handle with their professionalism. Thanks

Jill was terrific in understanding the problem I was trying to solve and why the standard product wouldn't work. She walked me to an alternative - in an entirely different department - and it was exactly what I needed. She then suggested I think about clear double-sided tape to install the product - which I wouldn't have thought of - walked me to where it was located and chatted with another associate to be sure that the tape would work for this application. I really appreciated Jill's help, knowledge and enthusiasm!

A few associates are attentive and helpful, whether truly product experts or not. However, the ones who seemed to have the most knowledge were rude and could care less

The Friendly staff and easy navigation make Home Depot a good place to go when I need things to get my job done.

Jose in Paint was a great help and answered all my questions. Angela AJP 2482 assisted me during checkout, good attitude, and very helpful, It's nice to have friendly and smart personnel at the cash register's.

When looking for a particular type of item, associates are familiar with isle it is in.

Felixx was very helpful and knowledgeable. The store was easy to navigate.

I have specific items to replace due to hail damage. I researched where to find things and some were at Hope Depot and some will have to be purchased elsewhere. It was easier to find help this visit.... seems like there are new employees in the store.

I first came to the Sante Fe store randomly for paint over a year ago and choose to go to this store (even though I pass two others) for all of my home improvement/update needs. It doesn't matter if you are in Paint, Garden, Kitchen and Bath or Lumber. someone will always be there to help you find what you need or even better yet give an opinion when you're stuck looking at what seems to be endless interior door options! Kudos to Sante Fe! Keep up the great work, you make home improvement adventures so much easier!

I came in just get advice for a project. The employees know the answer to most questions and if they dont right away, they can get the answer if you give them alittle time. In and out of the store quick, great visit.

Great place to buy what I need. They seem to have it in stock.
