always a pleasant store to shop at.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had at Home Depot and sadly the closest one to me. Employees don’t interact with customers, they are cursing on the radios for customers to hear.

If you don't need assistance perhaps it is the store for you. There was hardly anyone in the store. I needed help with a couple of things and could find no one to help me, even tried talking to the associates at self check out but they were chatting together and not interested in customer needs.

i often have to look for help. But today I was approached and ask if I needed help. And I was thankful. the bags of concrete are heavy, I was happy to have help.

I bought the Accushot Grass and Weed Killer because this stuff does what its suppose to do. Its an amazing product.

This store will take the cull lumber that lumber yards won't even use for sawdust and puts it on the rack and doubles the price

The thing this store has over the competition is the staff it has built. What keeps me going back is that I am ae to get assistance when needed. It by far is much better than the competition is in this area! Instead of avoiding customers they are very welcome to fix any concerns brought to their attention!

JANE in appliance department is always extremely helpful and goes the extra steps it takes to make the visit the best it can be. I have dealt with her on more than one occasion and is my go to employee in that department.

Mike in lawn and garden was so knowledgeable and helpful! He made our experience there wonderful Because of him we will come back and spread the word about him and your store!

both guys were busy at the pro desk, one gentleman who used to work the pro desk rang up my phone sale and got me on my way, he's not at that department any more. that was above and beyond.

Had a problem with recent plantings. Mike in the Garden section went out of his way to assist, including the testing of our water and soil. Very friendly and helpful staff.

For the last few months I have wandered from from nursery to nursery trying to figure out what and how to regarding my landscaping and then I ran into Mike who appeared to be a horticulrist and quickly pointed out solutions to problems I didn't even know I could have. His knowledge and passion for gardening was inspiring and he helped me more than I expected.

We purchased a fixer upper home last year and the service, products, and overall experience from Home Depot has been amazing. Ron in the paint dept. has been a true blessing! We have purchased everything from paint to appliances. We love this store! Due to our experiences at this store we decided to buy Home Depot Stock....seriously!

I had a nightmare of a time trying to locate my missing order of kitchen cabinets that I spent 4 weeks of back and forth on the phone trying to get answers for. Bridget spent an hour on the phone demanding answers when I went into the store for help. She found my order and got me set up to get it delivered. I really don’t know what I’d do without her.
