All the Associates at Home Depot are friendly and knowledgeable about the department they are in. We recently bought a new screen door and flooring for a house we just purchased. They were very helpful and professional. We highly recommend them!!

The lumber department is very unorganized and to find help is impossible. Look out for the guy that works here and drives an extended cab charcoal grey for ranger. He is super rude and refuses to help customers unless you are a major contractor. And he will run you off the road when he gets off work.

Would be a better experience if you didn’t have to listen to the yelling on the radio by the manager every 5 seconds......and I’m not exaggerating!!

Friendly employees, plenty of stock on hand..fast customer focused service. the store is clean and well laid out. All a very positive experience.....

If you are a Veteran they will not accept your VA card as proof of service. I will no longer shop at Home Depot.

Enforce Parking In Loading Zone

LOVE this store and it's employees! We received the BEST customer service at this location than ANY other location we've shopped! We will definitely be back to shop with Kaye in flooring, she was amazing! She helped us place our remodel order and without her assistance we would have been lost!!! Thank you, Kaye!

Went there to purchase a dishwasher. My service rep, Tom in appliances, was great. Knowledgeable, efficient, and quick! I got just what I wanted in record time.

Enter store and check-out in same entrance--what a concept- some orange stores make you walk to other end of store to check out.

Employees are always friendly here. I've been painting for over 25 years, and Ron was the first person who actually took the time to help me decide on a certain color. He understood me when I said I wanted a color adjusted to 50% of the original color. Most people don't know you can do that.

Store is always clean, fully staffed with very competent employees.

It's always a pleasure shopping at The Home Depot in Sevierville, TN. The associates are always friendly and helpful! The store is always clean and I easily find what I'm looking for.

Excellent experience, always pleasant & helpful associates...there when you need them too, don't have to walk from one end of the store to the other to find someone. Clean, neat, organized store with good selection of products most of the time when i'm looking for something from heavy duty hand wipes like Grime Boss for quick removal of construction adhesive, compounds, etc to an ant moat for my hummingbird feeder. have always shopped Home Depot here an in other states in past. Keep up the good work!

top notch store and product, excellent help.

Staff met us at the door to help us. We thought we knew what we were doing, but soon was lost in the maze of the store. A staff person saw the confused look on our faces, asked what they could help us with (with true interest in our answer) and then proceeded to guide us through finding a long list of needed items.

My wife and I enjoy shopping at this store because the people and friendly and honest. They had the products that we needed and have knowledgeable people available to help. Also the store was neat and well organized

This is a good store to do business with. Employees do a very good job. See Kay in the flooring department for top notch service.

I have heard about the poor service at this store and have experienced it myself. Went in to pick up an item and was ignored by every associate. When it came time to check out, there wasn't one cashier available! I was told to get out of a cashier line and they would show me how to use the self checkout. I told the associate that I didn't work there and did not do self checkout. The associate sneered at me and started to ring me up. The items I was purchasing did not have an SKU on them. I said, how am I supposed to ring myself up without a sticker? They said, make up a price like we do! Seriously? You want me to checkout myself and then this? Lowes is across the street with a lot of friendly cashiers!
