Doors and handles bath fixtures

Placed a fairly large order for electrical materials. Normally I use a supply house, but this time a customer insisted on paying for the material on his Home Depot credit card. It was confirmed that the order was ready for pickup within 24 hours and would be heald for a week. I arrived 4 days later jut to be told they couldn't find my order. I was then handed a printout and asked if I would like to pick it myself. The answer is no, I order ahead to save time. I was told they would pick it that night and I could return the next day. I returned 2 days later, still withing the origional time frame it would be heald. I was again told they couldn't find it. At this point I cancelled the order. I don't understand how a business looses an order twice, what a gigantic waste of time. I won't be ordering again from Home Depot

The store is very organized and the checkout experience is great, but one can't find anyone with knowledge of the subject of the isles, like when home depot first opened

I visited the Smithtown Store and was greeted by the store manager who could not have been more helpful and personable. I went to look for some other items and another store employee was equally as kind and cordial. I was impressed and will return to this store.

Marie really went out of her way to help me.

Frank in Appliances at Commack, was a great help. He was very knowledgeable of all the washers n Dryers I was looking at. He was a big help finding what I was looking for.

Nail shut managers door with the manager on the sales floor, hire more workers, we don’t need halloween decorations put out in August, and wee don’t need Orchids that badly, get rid of all the impulse buys, hire some people that know more than I do!

Enjoy all of the people I interact with at this store. That includes George in electric, Mark in electric, Rich in paint, Peter in plumbing, Jerry Romaine and Rick in lumber, Joe in flooring, Lennox and Vladamir in member services, Marie, Judith and Eric in Pro Desk, Kevin - cashier, Steven and Joe - asst managers. So many more. Everyone is wonderful.

Item shows in stock on his computer and my cell phone but tells me it says ‘no home’ which means I have to order online. I tell him that doesn’t make sense and I’m a flippant way he says ‘well then I guess I’m not doing my job right because that’s what I tell everyone’. Other employee then steps up and helps me find the item.

I find it awesome that i can purchase few items for the same repair on my home and return unused ones back and not having to search for help is a premium to me "YOU GO,HOME DEPOT"

Got Brianna and she checked to make sure the plumbing part I was looking for was in stock. She was able to hold it for me for easy pick up. Thank you Brianna for being so understanding and friendly. You are terrific. Know you made my day!!

Michael g in the lot was great helping load the toilets into my car the other day. He was so patient and handled my items perfectly into my car

Justin at the Smithtown store was remarkable! Patiently and relentlessly he searched for the power tool product I sought. After checking multiple areas and even seeking the help of fellow associates, he located what I came there for after 15-20 minutes of effort. Kudos to Justin!

I went to Home Depot for gardening supply and the clutter free aisles and well stock shelves made my trip very pleasant.

I always check out this store first. The employees are friendly helpful and they always keep their shelves stocked for every season. i find their selection of products extensive and usually find exactly what i need.

Above and beyond, surpasses expectations, customer service especially Wayne, Lennox and Lisa! Wayne is so knowledgeable, informative, hands on, helpful and honest. He helped me find the right mop and solution for my floors, not the most expensive one, but the right one that I needed. Lennox and Lisa are so friendly, personable, funny and nice! They were even so sweet and playful with my 3 year old daughter and even gave her a cool DIY toy! Love this Home Depot team! I even asked if I can work there to join such an awesome group of people and work environment! Thank you for the extraordinary shopping experience!!!

Smithtown is my favorite location because the employees there try harder for you. Michele, Marc, Jerry, and Tim always greet you with a smile and a warm hello at the service desk. And they do their very best to think out of the box to solve an issue.

I highly recommend Abraham if your planning a kitchen design project. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable
