This store is a great place to shop. I am an older female and I always seem to need help. Every time I have been to this store the employees are patient and very helpful. Most times I find what I need in a few minutes and there is always someone to assist me at the self checkout. I recommend this store.

I shopped in the Smithtown store. I also have used the Commack store. I always like shopping in Home Depot , I also admire the organization, for being so charitable

The cashier jen was super nice and friendly. She is both knowledgeable and good at her job. She takes time to make sure the customers are happy and takes care Of the customers.

Great staff and very helpful

It seems that all these places don't really want to help the average customer & are more geared for contractors & commercial guys. Everyone always seems so annoyed when u ask them for help & they purposely avoid customer interactions. Good luck trying to get any help in the lumber section. It's impossible. All I needed was 12 15" X 15" X 2" thick pressure treated boards. So I opted for patio pavers instead but even that was a frustrating experience. As a disabled vet I need help with these tasks

To whom it may concern, I’ve always enjoyed shopping at Home Depot. I still remember the day that Home Depot opened: I love the merchandise that it showcases, I am a handyman myself. so all the new tools and equipment that Home Depot carries has always been a fun outing for me!! wondering around the store wishing I could buy this or that, right now in these tough times I have to count my pennies, due to the fact that I lost my job but I am hoping things will get better sooner than later. again thank you Home Depot for your safety factors that you’ve put forward to keep your customers safe.. Best Home Depot I have ever went too! The staff is extremely helpful and goes the extra mile to take care of your needs. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ed, Louis and Fritz and they all went out of their way to deliver a quality shopping experience that i just cannot stop talking about. Each employee at this location was so friendly and helpful that it has made me a lifelong customer of Home Depot. I will go out of my way to deal with the employees at this store again.

Christina was very helpful and made shopping for us easy. However, Lenoxx the employee behind customer service was very rude and disrespectful to his co workers and it was loud enough for everyone to hear. He doesn’t respect the other workers or even customers to verbally abuse others. It was Inappropriate and i don’t believe that his co workers should feel uncomfortable to work with him and they were Uncomfortable .

Employees were very helpful in guiding me with my project and finding everything I needed.

Christina was excellent. She knew where this esoteric item was. Also it is Christmas, not holiday, schmuck.

The employees of this store are extremely knowledgeable about the different areas they work in. they were polite, thorough and helpful in helping me make some decisions about replacing smy existing verticals and window coverings. They made the experience quite pleasant and I cannot praise them enough.

We just ordered a kitchen remodel from the Commack Store and our Kitchen Designer Paul H. was terrific. He and the Home Depot made making a major purchase convenient, non stressful, informative and almost fun. We had many choices when it came to purchasing our new kitchen, The Home Depot Commack and Paul H. are the reasons why we spent our money wisely at that location.

Terrible customer service. Employees on there phones standing around. No help to customers. Waited 45min for help after radio called for assistance 3 times. Manager stated “no one working in electrical today” and offered no assistance. A garden associate had to retrieve electrical stock and had no idea what we were looking for. Upon check out, cashier had no idea what to do when the case item came up not on file. Charged for each unit instead of the case price. Online showed case discount if $12 each and bought 4 cases. Store manager Jay did not honor nor offer a discount. Process took over an hour which should have taken 10 min at max if shelves were stocked correctly and associates were in there departments.

People were rude
