I was happy with the way that management deals with situations that are brought to there attention. They stay with it until it is resolved no matter how long it takes.

Associates stated, never saw this item and to check hardware. The product was found of my cell phone. The app gave me the Aisle and bay.

I had a recent negative visit but overall Great Store

Marvin is the man in the appliance section. Not pushy but knowledgable, helpful and friendly.

I've never recieved better customer service from an associate in any Home Depot before in my life. This woman truly cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to take care of you! The company is lucky to have her! Also every single person smiled at me and asked if I needed help when I was in the store! Astounding!

store associate honored a discounted online purchase . another home depot lost my order when i went to pick it up. so i tried another home depot and they just had enough stock to accommodate my order for a job i was starting. at first they wanted to charge me full price, but when they saw how i had a online purchase order that was lost they gave me the discount. had to do some extra leg work but this store made a customer happy.

Kareem is a young guy in the electrical dept. He knows the kind of things an old-timer would know. I am pretty good finding things, and substitutes when necessary, but this "kid" aced-it. Helped me find some stuff late nite as the store was closing that I would have had to gone to a different store the next day for. Also seemed like if there was something he did not know, that he might be good at figuring it out.

I was able to find the quarter turn supply stops I needed to continue with a "repair-in-process" and quickly use the self Check-out to be back home in short order.

VERY FRIENDLY ASSOCIATES, KNOWLEDGEABLE, IN PAINT DEPT. LAWN & GARDEN, MILL WORKS AND BUILDING MATERIALS, ALL ARE VERY PLEASANT.

Purchased a new laundry center today for the best possible price. The associate who assisted me in the Appliance Center as well as all the other associates I interacted with were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The store was clean and organized and it was very easy to find the additional items I needed. Bravo Smithtown Home Depot!!

It is always a good experience every time I shop there. They always have what I'm looking for.

It's easy for me to have products and employees more often than not are extremely helpful, but returns could be more consistent with having more than one returns cashier. Today my return was speedy and I hope to continue to see this progress and will continue to shop here, it's much better than commack and many other locations.

GOOD STORE TO GO TO. I USUALLY GO THERE WHEN I AM IN THE AREA.

My garage door spring broke and I desperately needed to find the replacement parts. I went to the garage door area and was immediately asked if I needed help by employee John from millwork. I had no idea that you needed to know the weight of the door in order to select the right spring. John called the manufacturer and determined the proper spring based upon the weight. I was on my way in less than 20 minutes.

Marvin, Peter and a young beautiful blonde woman there in the plumbing department treated MY problem as though it were their very own, They came together as a team offering advice on products and showed me my options. While my choice did not work...what did work was the lasting impression they left. I have frequented MANY Home Depots over the years and NEVER once experienced what these three people exhibited that morning. Thanks a million for taking the time to not only listen...but actually hear me and care...Thanks.

The store shopping experience was great! Associate was helpful. Problem arose when I was unable to find something I left out of the bag. The person I spoke to (head cashier) did not do anything to help the situation. She needs additional training on how to handle customer problems. It's a shame she ruined the whole experience. It only takes 1. A simple apology and an attempt to rectify was all it would have taken.

I am always happy to visit this store. There some hard working people in the store. I recieved help from various people who are genuinely love what they do such as George in electrical, Peter at plumbing, frank at customer service, the manager Hansy who will go out of his way to help, steven Pizzaro at pro desk who offers to help and knows about windows, cabinets, counter top, flooring when its so hard to decide which product is nest. Over all this store offer a large varieties of product the workers knows the products and always please to help. I will give you an example, the store in commack Jericho turnpike is closer to my house but dont really go there service is very bad.

Having limited time to pick up some plumbing parts I needed, as i was on my lunch break, I appreciated the ease of finding what I was looking for and, when I thought of something else that I may be able to get on this trip, the availability of a store associate to direct me to the correct location for that item. In fact, he walked me right over to the aisle I needed. Self check-out was slowed down slightly due to the bar codes on two items not scanning...but the associate quickly entered the items so I wouldn't lose any time.

The store is very clean and orderly.There are some great dedicated workers Steve,Marlene, Tia, Glenn, Wayne wh knowledgeable . I also have seen the store manager a lot of times. I have never know and see other homedepot store manager. The manager ask to help a few times.

I am specially writing this to let everyone know the exemplary customer service I received from Nicole A. NMA3270. She helped me patiently so that my recent purchases qualify for 24 month interest free offer. She called credit card company and my contractor to fill in the details. She went above and beyond her regular job expectation on a Sunday evening. Everyone else were really helpful!!

When trying to purchase items for front step railing required by the insurance company, our experience was not a positive one. The experience resulted in us leaving the store and going to another home depot . The associate we spoke with at this store gave the wrong information and gave off an attitude of not wanting to be bothered. It is highly unlikely I will return to this store when taking on a household project.

I went quickly to purchase a vacuum cleaner belt. I walked in asked at the desk where vacuums were, she directed me I found the belts, got the one I needed paid at self check out and left. Was nice and easy being I was in a rush...thank you.
