Earthquake Versa Tiller. Y'all saved me from having to do business with your competition. The soil around Sunset Valley, Texas is clay and rocks for the most part. The soil stood NO CHANCE against the tiller that y'all did not have publicly in stock, but y'all notified me when it was in stock nationally and got it shipped! Works like a champ!

The fact that I bought a new set of ratchet straps, and the inside of the package was full of mold is concerning. If this item had mold, likely other items in the same area have the same thing.

I place an order online and went to pick it up at the customer service desk and Kelly(hope I spelt it right) was there to help me. Had a slight hiccup with the order but with a friendly smile on her face she was able to resolve it quickly and got me on my way with my materials

You can take as much lumber or hardware as you want. You can’t be trusted to not steal a 30 dollar vacuum accessory. EVERYTHING is locked up. If a comment is made the employee will ask, “haven’t you shopped here before?” Ridiculous and the new layout makes no sense.

Managers aren't ever available when you need one and when you get one, they can't help because there answer is, we just don't have enough employees? 3/4 of the employees try to avoid you when you try to ask them a question, they're irritated attitudes are very visible. This store has gone from a year ago awesome employees to this don't bother me attitude but it starts with the managers!!! Respectfully; HJP

There was only one employee in the kitchen department. I had to wait 20 minutes or more and there were no chairs available. The microwave I wanted was labeled, “In stock. Take it home today. “. It was not in the store and I had to wait 4 days for delivery.

Price drop after purchasing dryer but before delivery. Home depot should refund difference to show customer appreciation especially since charging extra just for a power cord for dryer. Comparable to buying car then being charged extra for a car battery. No need for generic response, contact customer service, just refund price difference and send email confirmation.

At Home Depot I need help finding things and also advice. . I have found the employees to be very accommodating and helpful.

Was trying to get some suggestions regarding the proper hardware/fasteners to utilize in regards to a piece of furniture that I ham renovating. Asked the Home Depot employee on duty for suggesting. His attitude was HIGHLY negative and his response of "whatever " to a question I had did not set well with me at all.

I went in, 30 minutes prior to closing, looking for a cheap $10 pair of wool gloves that I found on the app . After not finding them where they were supposed to be, Matt walked by and asked if I was finding what I needed. I told him what I was looking for and why I needed those gloves for the drone flying operation I was performing the next morning. He stopped what he was working on and went above and beyond to find these cheap little wool gloves for me. After some niceties and telling me to have a merry christmas, I headed to self checkout. The 3 stations that were open had 1 employee helping the helpless customers pay for their wares while 3 young chuckleheads leaned against a counter and couldn’t be bothered to help at all. Quickly open another register for the 4 people, including myself, to checkout at and you can at least argue for the low wages they pay you. I feel, even THAT, is too much money. Do better Home Depot, hire more Matt’s and fire the young and unmotivated.

We recently utilized this store for purchase and installation of new window shades, as well as buying a Christmas tree. In both cases our experiences, mostly due to the staff, were great!

Bought a new refrigerator last week at the Home Depot store in Sunset Valley in Austin, TX. We worked with Alfredo Juardo in the appliance department and he provided professional information and assistance has high as any I have every encountered.

The microwave was out of stock, but they got it to my store in less time than initially stated. Great place to buy lots of things. I don’t know how much they have in inventory, but they always have what I’m looking for.

A washer and dryer I purchased from this store still sits in front of my house due to a complete lack of competency from the staff. After being given the run around for 11 days, I am certain that this branch of this store is more worried about selling without any desire to make sure what they are selling will work or does.

No comments as I was shopping for a fridge to buy in the next month or so.

The employee on the floor were extremely helpful in two different areas, the return process was a breeze, the clerk was friendly, and most of all the trip was pleasant because the air conditioner was running in the store!

Our range quit working yesterday and we decided to take a look at Home Depot as we need a quick turnaround. Gordon Taylor was an excellent sales professional. He was friendly and knowledgable. He knew the product well, detailed the differences, answered my technical questions and executed the sale of a new Frigidaire gas range in record time for a 48 Hour delivery. His professionalism and disposition secured this transaction. 5 Stars!
