I came in looking for a simple, silver polish and ended up receiving support on my veteran service application to ensure discounts on future purchases – the team went above and beyond to provide me with every opportunity to have a good shopping experience, and unlike many other stores around town, they are associates, greeted me upon entry and asked how they could help me rather than having to hunt down Help while meandering through multiple store isles. I appreciated my experience and will be continuing my business at this store!

I was there to take my boyfriend to use his egift card he got for Christmas. He found a good deal on a screw driver set and a sturdy storage box for his tools. These items are the Dewalt brand. The lines were very long until a partner opened up his aisle, his name was Thomas and he scanned by E gift card on my phone, it was fast and easy with no hassle. Will be back to continue to use his left over amount he has on the gift card and great items to choose from.

Due to the nature of my work I have to go to hardware stores typically a few times a week and although I don’t prefer one hardware store over another I have found that the sunset valley Home Depot has become my go to store because I can get in and out quickly and I can almost always find someone to give me a quick direction to find what I need. Sometimes service makes all the difference.

Love coming to this location because the employees here are more helpful and have better attitudes than other locations I’ve been to around town.

Today was different; as I navigated the aisles exploring riveting tools and accessories, Kenya approached me with genuine enthusiasm, asking if I had any questions. Seizing the opportunity, I inquired about the sizes of rivets, and to my amazement, Kenya deftly used a box cutter to open the rivet case, explaining the options available. Her precise and lighthearted approach not only solved my problem but also made the experience enjoyable. I’m eager to return to this Home Depot, hoping to encounter Kenya again, or perhaps I’ll affectionately nickname her ‘Rosie the Riveter’ for her dedication and expertise. She embodies the transformative experience that has renewed my confidence in getting assistance at Home Depot.

The past two times I’ve been to store #6570 in South Austin, I’ve had Sales associates that went out of their way to help me. Henry in Lighting and Jose in plumbing/electrical. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel taken care of which resulted in a more pleasurable shopping experience. Home Depot is lucky to have both of them on the team, and the type of customer service they give should be rewarded.

I had made a purhase and had it delivered to my house. When Home Depot arrived there were things missing so I had to go to the store and pick them up myself. Home Depot did offer to have them delivered the next day but I need them in the morning. The Mgr kindly refunded me the delivery charge due to me having to go and pick the items up my self. He did it without hesitation or questions. I was very pleased with the customer service HD provided.

I’m a professional painter and I’ve been going here for years for all my supplies. They are usually well stocked and the customer service has always been good. It’s definitely the busiest Home Depot in Austin so expect that, but otherwise they’re good.

Steve in lighting is AMAZING! Took the time to educate me and see what was wrong and the fix that wouldn’t require me to have to redo the entire fixture. His professionalism, subject matter expert status were truly what I needed. Thank you Home Depot for Steve in lighting!

I went in to find a Ryobi leaf blower that was online. It was offered for $99 with the charger. However, they did not have this offer in the store. Paul was so kind to talk to me about other options and listened to my concerns about the quality and price. He recommended a product that was $50 over my budget, but proceeded to offer me $20 off the product. He said it was a great deal for a quality leaf blower that will get the job done (heavy wet leaves). I tried out the product this morning and it works great!! Thanks to Paul for making my day. Thanks to Sheila (cashier) for your kindness.
