Purchased a light fixture for a bathroom. After opening the box it clearly not only was a return but was installed, used then returned. How do I know this? Well there was dust on it as well as paint around the base. A piece of copper ground wire was still wrapped on the fixture ground wire. The only hardware in the box was a single wire nut. HD put this return back on the shelf at full retail price.

Have not received purchase as yet.

I had issues finding an electrical product I had to ask for help.

I ordered shower doors online and shipped to store and help i got at pickup was very helpful & courtesy even helping me load was a very nice experience

This store is great in that is is larger than most and has great selection. Sometimes staff are hard to find, but very friendly and helpful. My only complaint about this store is its lack of cellular signal. My phone goes into sos as soon as I reach the front door. And the “WiFi” offered just does not work.

I hope this location survives forever!

I had an issue with a product that I purchased at this location approx 3 + years ago and they handled a solution through the manufacture when I was not getting the best answers from them.

Prices are WAY too high!

I love stores where I can bring my dog who’s studying to be a therapy dog. The staff was great and helped me find exactly what I needed and Eddie helped me find a better solution to WD-40. Will be back! Only suggestion for corporate would love some kind of quicker check out for emailed receipts. Having to type email everytime is kind of drag and as business owners its kind of important for digital copies.

Geoff in your tool and truck rental department was very. Helpful.. he even helped me loading 10' sheets of drywall. Geoff is a veteran and I thanked him for his service to America. . Great worker. Thanks Geoff.

Ordered door for house being put up for sale at this location. Dealt with JC in Millwork Dept. Paid in Full for door and for appointment to have contractor come to home and measure.After the measure I was told by JC that the contractor would follow up within 2 days to schedule install. Four days went by and I did not hear from anyone. When I called store for update I was told no one was working in that dept for the next 2 days. I then spoke to a mgr on duty who informed me there was a dispute between the store and the contractor over a lead fee. 30 minutes later the mgr called me back and said I needed to pay another $150 before they would allow for my install to proceed. I paid because I had no choice and felt that I, and our project was being held hostage. Felt extremely shady worst case scenario, or just incompentence best case scenario. another week has passed and I still have not received my door and no install has taken place. I have a house for sale that cannot be shown because once Home Depot got my money, and then more money again, I was forgotten about. The only communication I ever receive is when theyre squeezing more $ out of me. Worst experience I have ever had in 50 years of life. As a local business owner, I could not in good faith recommend this location to people in our community.

Home Depot is a good source for our lawn watering needs. A good selection of quality products.

During our trip to Home Depot everybody was very friendly and we got all the help we needed. The lady who checked us out helped us sign up for a credit card and took the time to explain all the perks and benefits. She wasn’t pushy, this was something we were planning on doing anyway but she made the experience even better!

I found supervisors and cashiers upfront very helpful and securing the necessary information to secure my military discount very compassionate, caring – tenacious and wanting to make sure that the customer needs were secured

Do you want to be solicited constantly for a Home Depot card? Do you want to be asked by the PPG rep if you want to use that instead of beer every time you walk in? Do you want to get hounded by stupid stuff every time you step into the store even though you spend half a million at the store every year? Make sure you visit Home Depot in south county off of Lindbergh!!!!

I often shop here due to its proximity to my home and it usually carries the item(s) that I need/want.

This store is worth the extra drive than some of their other locations. This store has people who are very friendly and are willing to help you. I am a contractor and nothing like their pro desk to help me with all of our big projects. Thanks Selena and Christin for all your hard work and always willing to help us with all of our deliveries and supplies.

I bought a washer a long time ago and it was supposed to be delivered today! But now instead of it getting tomorrow or sometime this week it is now arriving a week from today. This is fraud on their part ! I would never have paid for this service if I knew it would take this long. Home Depot is a terrible company with horrible fraudulent business practices on almost every level. How does something go from being 5 Stope away from now taking another 7 days to get here? It doesn’t make sense to me and I hope no one ever has to have the inconvenience of buying an appliance from Home Depot! Do not Shop at Home Depot you will regret it!

I ordered three appliances and the wrong was put on the order. I went in person, got in an argument with the department manager, and after canceling the first order, made a second order to get the address right. Five days passed since the first order and nothing was done.

I was at a competitor hardware store a couple days prior and an employee there seemed not so willing to assist. At this Home Depot yesterday, my experience took a 180 turn. I truly felt like a valued customer.

I bought a washing machine from this Home Depot. The entire experience was exemplary. The customer service representative at the store was incredibly helpful and informative. He scheduled the delivery of the washing machine to be only three days after purchase which was very timely. On the day of delivery, we got several updates informing us of the location of the delivery driver. We also got a call 10 minutes before arrival. Once the delivery guys arrived, they were professional. Our overall experience was extremely pleasant.

We bought an entire new kitchen there. Including cabinets, new kitchen sink, kitchen faucet and more. It seems we are always running there for supplies for our remodel. We are close to the finish line and will be calling for them to come measure for our countertops. We are also getting ready to order a new stove and microwave. Going there and having an associate help us every step of the way has be pretty awesome. Hoping it goes smoothly the rest of the way. I don't have any photos to share, but I may have to come back and show off when it's done!
