Do you want to be solicited constantly for a Home Depot card? Do you want to be asked by the PPG rep if you want to use that instead of beer every time you walk in? Do you want to get hounded by stupid stuff every time you step into the store even though you spend half a million at the store every year? Make sure you visit Home Depot in south county off of Lindbergh!!!!

I often shop here due to its proximity to my home and it usually carries the item(s) that I need/want.

This store is worth the extra drive than some of their other locations. This store has people who are very friendly and are willing to help you. I am a contractor and nothing like their pro desk to help me with all of our big projects. Thanks Selena and Christin for all your hard work and always willing to help us with all of our deliveries and supplies.

I bought a washer a long time ago and it was supposed to be delivered today! But now instead of it getting tomorrow or sometime this week it is now arriving a week from today. This is fraud on their part ! I would never have paid for this service if I knew it would take this long. Home Depot is a terrible company with horrible fraudulent business practices on almost every level. How does something go from being 5 Stope away from now taking another 7 days to get here? It doesn’t make sense to me and I hope no one ever has to have the inconvenience of buying an appliance from Home Depot! Do not Shop at Home Depot you will regret it!

I ordered three appliances and the wrong was put on the order. I went in person, got in an argument with the department manager, and after canceling the first order, made a second order to get the address right. Five days passed since the first order and nothing was done.

I was at a competitor hardware store a couple days prior and an employee there seemed not so willing to assist. At this Home Depot yesterday, my experience took a 180 turn. I truly felt like a valued customer.

I bought a washing machine from this Home Depot. The entire experience was exemplary. The customer service representative at the store was incredibly helpful and informative. He scheduled the delivery of the washing machine to be only three days after purchase which was very timely. On the day of delivery, we got several updates informing us of the location of the delivery driver. We also got a call 10 minutes before arrival. Once the delivery guys arrived, they were professional. Our overall experience was extremely pleasant.

We bought an entire new kitchen there. Including cabinets, new kitchen sink, kitchen faucet and more. It seems we are always running there for supplies for our remodel. We are close to the finish line and will be calling for them to come measure for our countertops. We are also getting ready to order a new stove and microwave. Going there and having an associate help us every step of the way has be pretty awesome. Hoping it goes smoothly the rest of the way. I don't have any photos to share, but I may have to come back and show off when it's done!

Always greeted by multiple team members. A few of them recognize me and I’m only there once a week averaged over a year. Not the closest HD to my house but worth a little further drive.

Couldn't imagine going anywhere else. The store is always clean and well organized. I haven't found any better prices or value for my money. I love shopping in person but the convenience of home delivery usually the next day is great since I have a small car and added that I'm a senior citizen. Also, my pup is ALWAYS welcome.

We purchased a hot water heater at this Home Depot and had excellent service.

Friendly and helpful as associates, Clean and items nicely displayed in the proper places, I like it when I go shopping there, the atmosphere is great.

St. Louis County requires clear primer when joining PVC, not purple primer. If you use purple primer it will fail inspection. Home Depot has decided to only carry purple primer. This makes no sense since this location is in St. Louis County. Ridiculous!!!

This store has always provided over the top customer service but the help finding specific products on my last trip was exceptional.

I always get a warm reception when shopping at this location. The hardware store associate Amy provided excellent customer. The check out clerk Mary also was nice and recommended somethings I was forgetting

Whenever I need anything for the yard or my house, I go to Home Depot! Your employees are always wonderful!

Not much to say but this store has always had what I needed and the store is always clean! The loading zone is clear most times and by far the best Rental department! These guys are great and give great customer service. I will always use the rental department here even though there are closer stores!

We applied for a Home Depot credit card. At the endvof our application, Trey volunteered to place our online order using the new card. What a help! He was congenial, fast, and effecient. We not only enjoyed working with him, but also appreciated his “above and beyond” offer.

We went to buy some Halloween Decorations for our front yard. We got some fun stuff, but the staff was the best part of the trip. Every single employee we walked past not only greeted us but actually seemed interested in helping us. This was the most pleasant shopping trip we have had in some time. Thanks!

This is a great Home Depot location. The site is always clean & organized with the products exactly where the app says. The employees are also helpful & always available.

We bought an house that needed updated, floor tile, hardwood flooring, and appliances. We have been very pleased with Homedepot service and merchandise. We have received very good service and helpful information when we needed it.

i WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE HELP AT THIS STORE

I was shopping for indoor plants inside the store. There was an associate who was stocking the area. He was dripping water and dropping leaves all over the floor. He did not warn me to be careful NOR did he do anything to try to clean up after himself. In fact, while I was still shopping, he left the area (it may have been his breaktime - I don't know) but he just left the mess on the floor and walked off. I slipped twice due to the mess on the floor. I would have reported it but there were no cashiers available, and I did not see anyone at the self-checkout either.

I was greeted & helped by an exceptional employee. I always dread going to Home Depot. This trip totally changed my mind. Ask for Lauren. She was amazing.

Got our rocks etc for project. Good prices 👍
