One of your Associates was kind enough to inform me the store gives a military discount. That is wonderful. No info if it is available online. Helps a lot and appreciate so much.

It's a huge store with everything you're looking for. We were assisted by someone when we were shopping and the cashier was friendly and helpful. The store appeared clean.

Convenient location. Courteous and helpful staff, generally. Usually has item I want! Returns handled quickly and easily.

Out of stock of several items but employees are top notch. Have been told employees are not in charge of having sufficient quantities in stock, that is taken care of out of headquarters in Atlanta. Atlanta obviously has no idea what they are doing when it comes to stocking the store. I rarely am able to get everything I need because they are out of stock.

The employees at this store are never too busy to help you.

the merchandise, in the aisles marked for it are easy to find. the lack of employees to help makes it difficult, but with patience you can find exactly what you are looking for at a great price. Checkout is easy and the cashier was courteous...and thanked me for stopping in that day...which was unexpected. I like this store, I think their garden center is complete, their selection is huge, and the prices are clear and precise. thanks for a very nice experience. we will be back again, and again.

As I checked out using the self check out I spoke with one of the employees and she was sharing about blowers which is what I purchased and sharing what she knew about them...this information was helpful and she was very pleasant to talk to

cashier darlene needs work on customer service and not shush her customers that are explaining about an in store pickup

Like I just commented; I shop at the Lindberg store the most because it is the closest, and I am pretty familiar with locations of your products. I am very happy with help I get, and for the most part the ladies at the registers always seem friendly and helpful.

this store location is unbelievably junky and cluttered. They have so much crap blocking the aisles - equipment, merchandise displays etc.. I hate this store with a passion! Other area HD locations aren't much better but this is the worst of them all. Don't go here unless you are desperate or in a bind. They take zero pride in the appearance of their store.

If you need help look for Greg or Cal and you will be well taken care of and leave with the right items the first time.

The associates were efficient, friendly and very helpful. The lady at the appliance counter approached us when we were looking at which item to choose then went out of her way to help us find exactly what we needed. She looked up demensions to make sure our item would fit where we need it to. She also explained how things would work when our item got delivered and what to expect. We had a child with us and she actually spoke kindly to her as well. The store and it's women's bathroom was clean. It was a very pleasant overall experience.

The saleswoman in Appliances was extremely patient, friendly and helpful when we looked at dishwashers. The price was also the best we had found for this model, so we bought it.

The salesperson on the floor was unhelpful. He was sarcastic and rude when his assistance was called upon. It was like I was bothering him just walking around. I found what I needed regardless of his lack of help.

I went to the South county Home Depot for a couple things Sept 14th, 3 to 4pm, and was confronted by two adult unmuzzled Dobermans. The woman proceeded to walk them around the store. I inquired if they were service dogs, and she said no, just her pets. Three employees advised that Home Depot has a policy to allow dogs in their store.....I was quite surprised by this. I observed one woman see the dogs and immediately leave the store in a hurry. A toddler child was crying, and the dogs seemed stressed. I just wanted a new trash can, and not feeling threatened by two 130 pound unmuzzled dogs. I will not be back.

Yes I found what I wanted, the salesperson took me right to the product and showed me what I needed, store was clean and associates were friendly and helpful

I am actually now in Home Depot Avoidance mode. This has been a long decline, but I am sick of it now. HD seems to be the only store that I know of that moves the pallets out to the floor for restocking during the middle of the day, and then closes aisles off. MANY of them, every time I have visited, night or day for at least the last year. How crazy is it to treat your customers that way, and to block access to the goods you want to buy - and do it without actually working on the restocking? I get blocking an aisle temporarily to pull something off an upper shelf, but this is closing of 5-10 aisles for the whole time I am in the store. Then, just about every aisle is unkempt, with carts of goods laying around. And then the employees lately have gotten to where every time you look for one there are 3-4 grouped together talking and seems like it is an imposition to get back to work. I have had to wait 10 minutes for 1 person to show up at flooring, kitchens, paint, etc. There has been a systemic decline in HD overall quality: Cleanliness, operations, employee appearance, employee attitudes.

Everyone is always so friendly, really making my shopping experience a good one every time. There are always employees able to help me locate whatever i'm looking for and they are knowledgeable to help give me advice on my current project.

WE GO TO THIS HOME DEPOT FREQUENTLY. I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE

Store reps are very friendly and helpful. Fully stocked shelves.
