Had several stainless steel water lines in many sizes. Home Depot carries the smaller items in stock that other big box stores don’t. I bought a lower priced item but then bought a higher priced item while I was in there.

They gave me an appointment time 9-1 with 30 call ahead. Nobody showed up and nobody called.

The South Naples Airport and Davis Home Depot is outstanding! The store is clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with any project or question. I was particularly impressed by their Landscaping and garden selection and the competitive prices. The customer service is top-notch, from the moment you walk in to the quick and smooth checkout process. Highly recommend!

my recent trip to HD yesterday 8/24/24 resulted in me wasting almost an extra half an hour due to three employees giving me totally wrong directions to what i was looking for. none of them knew where anything was and had poor attitudes !

I am almost a daily customer at this store. One outstanding employee comes to mind. His name is Rod. He really knows his stuff, and ALWAYS make you feel welcomed. He thanks people for coming in today. A true asset to your company.

I frequent this store daily, everyone is courteous and always serve my needs.

If you have nothing else to do all day then go to Home Depot so you can wait in line forever to cash out.

Had a terrible experience at this HD. No one in the store seemed to know how to practice good customer service.

Sabrina was able to help locate a dehumidifier for one of my rental locations that was experiencing a significant humidity issue. There was one unit left of a 50 pint variant that we needed to get our tenant into a livable environment with a built in pump. She not only went out of her way to locate the unit (stored on the highest storage rack) but also was able to operate the fork lift and retrieve the unit for us. She saved us a significant amount of headache, quickly and professionally!

Jeffry the head cashier helped make my shopping experience a smooth one by helping me out on finding the items I was looking for & assisting with checkout towards the end.

Everyone in the store was very courteous , and helpful. They went the extra mile in looking for what I needed

Men’s restroom is horrifyingly filthy. Checkout poorly staffed yet there are 5-9 people working/hovering around Customer Service Desk.

Mike Perlin at the service desk is the best, helpful, Mike will solve any problem

I visited your store for plants and planters. I had a wonderful experience finding high-quality plant material and nice large pots for the items I purchased. Chad who help me in the garden center was the best. It’s pretty nice to have a strapping, enthusiastic young gentlemen, help you load bags of Potting soil, large plants and planters to make my shopping experience. Perfect. Thank you Chad.

I have never been disappointed on issue of finding items I need for work at this store. They always have what I need when the other Home Depot stores in my area have limited stock. I have made this my go to store always.

Good location for Naples but exit on Davis is difficult due to 3-5pm traffic. Suggest you exit on Airport-Pullling.

My husband and I really were overly impressed with Sandy today who truly went over and beyond helping us today with an exact color match on a sanded down drawer making it an overly odd color. She was slammed with several people before us and she took time with each customer with a fabulous smile and eagerness to help! We’re so grateful for her help with two different painting projects with one of them being color match which she mastered 😊. Will now make this Home Depot painting department my go to for paint and pray Sandy’s there 🙏! She really made our day today and she deserves a Wonderful Review

The customer service person from Gardening (Mike) did an outstanding job helping us find the item we were looking for. He answered all our questions and helped me checkout and load my car.

Needed a refund for our kitchen cabinets. Jeanne in the design department and Adel the assistant manager took great care of us. Processed quickly and so friendly. We drive past 2 other Home Depots to go to this store because the employees are SO great. Worth the trip.

I was visiting Naples, Florida and had some home repair projects to complete. Off I went to Store 6348 for supplies …. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with a big smile and pleasant hello from Kathi. She and all of the front-end cashiers are so knowledgeable about products and their locations, share money-saving opportunities such as credit applications and volume savings and generally make the shopping experience a positive one. Way to go, HD!

We went to this Home Depot to purchase a microwave oven. Our sales person, Bob Jones, was outstanding! He was very friendly and extremely helpful in helping us find a microwave oven that met our needs and helped get us set up for installation of the new microwave. Kudos to Bob for a job well done! Made our shopping experience a pleasure!

I ordered on=line and when the product arrived, I realized it was not what I wanted and I took it back and was greeted by "Christine" at the return kiosk, and she was very pleasant, said "sorry this did not work for you" and proceeded to process my return and when completed, said "have a nice day and have a wonderful weekend". You can't get any better treatment than that!!
