I visited The Home Depot in South Plainfield to purchase a clothes washer. The gentleman that assisted my wife and I was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He provided the type of service that i have grown accustomed to from this particular store. Excellent service agents. Well done

We came to buy 2 small electrical parts. Neither was available, so the associate took us to Customer Service so they could order the items for us. They had a lot of trouble getting the computer to take the order correctly. Then it said we had to pay $8.99 for Home Delivery after several years of Free Home delivery on anything! We finally agreed to do free store pickup. This took over one hour! When we later looked at our receipt, we saw that it had us picking up the items in 2 DIFFERENT STORES! This was absurd! We picked up our items because we needed them, but this was not the easy, free home delivery we have come to expect from Home Depot. One star, but gave an extra star because of the persistence of the sales associate and several CSR's in trying to get our order through.

Was very satisfied because of the assistance of one of your employees Peter in the Tool Section of the South Plainfield, NJ store. He was able to locate an item I was in need of. Just one word to describe Peter, OUTSTANDING. Thank you very much

Anytime I shop at the store, everyone there is always so pleasant. Not just the employees but fellow customers. I don't always get what I was looking for but always leave happy.

And getting to the items that you need normally that period of time to do what you need to do in your house to build it into a better paradise is always a forefront of thought you can tell just by walking in the store.

I bought a garage door opener and also paid for its installation. No call from the installer until noon the next day. Four calls to the store and nobody has an answer. No response to couple of voicemails. No status. Totally in the dark. Overall Rating: NO Star.

I received help, explanation and guidance from the person in charge of the pluming named Vicent, he went with me and searched for me on the computer to find me the appropriate things and climbed the ladder several times and took down what I was asking for. He is a very nice and kind person and did not leave me until we finished the purchase. The cashier Ana also helped us a lot. She is smart and quick and in a good mood. in other stores no one is an expert like Vicent that helps so well.

Can find what you looking for all departments and helping from employees especially in garden area in the summer.

If you are returning an item don’t be in a hurry. If you just buy the item & purchase warranty, you don’t automatically get it back. You automatically get the purchase price for the item. Warranty needs to be called in!!!

I bought a counter top today. I could not believe how helpful the sales associate was. She explained everything to me. EPA5KLV WAS so professional. The whole experience was wonderful. When I go to this store, the associate are always asking if they can help. Thousands of items, sometimes you need help. I enjoy going there.

I purchased a vacuum and was extremely happy that the store had many in stock to choose from, also there was an employee available immediately to help me with questions, so I could make a decision. I had to return something and that department was also very courteous and helpful and expedited my return.
