This store has the friendliest people, who are very knowledgeable and helpful as well. Their competitor is directly across the street, and I've been going there for years, but it has become increasingly frustrating and disappointing to shop there. Also, Home Depot honors Veterans in a better way than the other store.

The employees are fantastic and the store had everything I needed.

The store was clean and associates were very friendly!

While the store usually has what you need in stock and the associates working on the floor are very helpful, good luck checking out unless you want to do a self-check lane. To have only self-check lanes available is very poor customer service. For that type of impersonal service, I can wait two days and have the items delivered to my house.

Found doors wanted for home and employee was personable, and amazing to figure everything required. Store is clean and employees are friendly and are always willing to help you or locate someone that can help further if needed. You can find the employees in this store, contrary to other stores.

EVERY TIME I'VE BEEN TO THIS STORE, THE EMPLOYEES ALL SEEM HAPPY TO BE THERE AND TO HELP YOU ANYWAY THEY CAN. I HAVE BEEN FROM LUMBER TO PLANTS AND THE CASE IS ALWAYS THE SAME, SOMEONE TO HELP YOU IF YOU NEED IT, I HAVE NEVER HAD TO LOOK TOO FAR FOR HELP WHEN NEEDED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOME DEPOT TO ANYONE.

I will definitely be back when I get my new appliances and looking at redoing the kitchen cabinets. They were very helpful at this location and more to chose from.

Was able to find what I needed and quickly and check out .

I pulled into self checkout , thinking about the size of one of my items ; wondering if it was too large for the scanner glass. Jinnee was paying attention from nearby and probably anticipated the same size question . She brought a handheld scanner and took over the scanning process. Made it easy. Smooth checkout .

This is my go to store here in Roanoke and I love it. The staff is always helpful and friendly and they always have a stock full of supplies that I am looking for. The story is always clean and organized.

I have had a first class experience at this store, check them out. Small items, deck wood,dishwasher and things ordered have all been problem free.Dealing with these people is the part I like the most, its what make me write a review,and keep going back.

Employees are always very helpful and friendly. The manager, David is nice and friendly to customers. The employees seem to be very knowledgable about the products and if one should not be able to answer a question, they are quick to find someone who can. We really enjoy shopping at this Home Depot.

Pro desk is very knowledgeable. Trish, Julie, Jeffery and Bill can answer any question about anything. They even helped me replace a battery in my fitbit - removed the cover and sold me the right batteries. I thought I was going to have to buy a new one and the cost was $16.77 due to their going above board. I found that to be true on more than one occassion

Best store of its kind and best Home Depot in Roanoke

I absolutely love this store! Every time my husband and I visit, the staff is very friendly and helpful! We never have to look for anyone to help us, they come to us! Keep up the good work folks!

I went in the local store for another item but ended up looking at leaf blowers because I had recently bought one somewhere else and wasn't satisfied with the product. I didn't intend to buy one, I was only curious as to what they had; however, the employee who helped me (Kim H.) was so good and offered so much helpful advice and even went so far as to go in the back and get a charged battery pack so I could try out the one he recommended right there in the store to see how much power it had, I was so happy with the product that I bought it. The customer service from this guy was outstanding. I don't know if all their employees are that attentive or if he's an exception, but I will definitely go back to this store because I left having had a very happy experience!
