Rachel saw me standing in line at customer service. She greeted and asked me if she could help me. She asked me to follow her to her desk where she actually helped me with my online order.

I purchase the dryer and had it delivered I didn't have any problems with the delivery people making the appointment to have it delivered it was also smooth and I Am So Satisfied

Currently going through a situation with an install of a bathroom door. Due to rescheduling of the contractor and no show of a contractor and incorrect measurements being taken by a contractor I have now missed three half days of work. Which is almost the total cost of the project for my bathroom door install. I still do not have a door. On many occasions I was told by management at the store that someone was supposed to reach out to me and must have forgot. I was also told that one supervisor didn't look at my issue for well over a week. When I was told I would be contacted within a few days. I'm super upset with this situation and how this has been handled. It has yet to be resolved. We will see whether or not I update my review and give a better one at the end of this saga. I am not a person who takes pride in leaving negative feedback. But at this time I have paid in full for a project that has been a complete debacle.

I received a lot of help with my complex problem-solving while planning a big complicated mural. The whole staff was eager to help and seemed happy to be there. The location was clean and finding what I was looking for was a piece of cake.

Purchased a lawn mower, weed eater, and washer dryer on Sunday, March 31st, 2024 at 9am and let me tell you the staff I encounter there were exceptionally amazing, very welcoming, kind, beyond helpful and just made my shopping and buying experience so much more worth it. They made my day and I'm glad i made the decision to purchase my items at Home Depot.

I would love to acknowledge Angel, Indya, Jada, and Greg for their amazing assistance to me. Talk about above and beyond they all were exceptional beyond their title. Angel walked with me every step of the way and had so much patience beyond comprehension that I tried to give him a hard time to see if he was truly that and he stayed perfessional, and kind and still stayed with me each step of the way. Indya was so welcoming and very vibrant she made me feel like I was in the right place at the right time and made sure i got what I deserved for the purchase and that was so very graceful of her to do that for me. Jada was so very nurturing, kind, and helpful in a tremendous amounts of ways. She made sure to help me with whatever question I had, she kept it professional and safe for me to ask for help and still made sure she answer to other customers calls. Lastly I like to thank Greg for being an amazing team help. He transferred my product safely into my car and re explained the product to reassure me that I was all good to go. They made my visit there worth the time, and the money spent there was worth knowing I had a great support of team staff members willing and ready to go above and beyond. They all made my day even more happier it was an amazing day for me there.

I'm in the middle of a project and needed more lumber and was able to purchase the needed items, at a lower cost than other home improvement stores. I enjoy being able to find the products I often need to do projects, and can rely on Home Depot to have the products I want and at competitive prices.

Great store great location and awesome clean and organize how ever at the check out the machines have difficulties for make payments you need to bend your credit card to read the chip so could be better even if I have the wireless 🛜 but everything should be working like is doing the store and is not the employees they did great and apologize for the inconvenience.

Keisha, was so helpful in the customer service area as well as the two salesperson in the appliance area. I would definitely shop here again!

Much appreciate this Home Depot for cutting us lumber for projects, cutting us wire & finding us hardware. Associates are friendly, helpful, enthusiastic & hardworking! They make our projects fun to build!

I purchased a brass door knob for a customer. Tyler, assisted me by re-keying the new lock for me. I installed for the customer and she was very happy.

Purchased a bathtub. Box showed it was a left hand drain, ended up being right hand drain. Went back got the last left hand on the shelf, opened box and it looks like it was dropped out of the back of a truck. Wasted 4 hours of time running this crap merchandise back to store. I would say do better, but whats the point.

Ordered a plumbing-repair item from them. They took my money. They promised me a delivery date. Well AFTER the delivery date they still could not get me the part in this manner. At least they recognized the failure and returned my money. NOT as conveniently or as quickly as they took my money.

Over the years this store has had the best employees! They have helped me load things, find things and answered lots of questions, and asked how I was doing!

Just thought I should say that this home depot is the best of all I've been to. Very friendly and helpful always.

I for help and was helped right away by 2 Very knowledgable assoc. **My “ Worse” was the cashier. First off as we walked up I said hi, no reply, she was on her phone- Yelled at someone. She started scanning our items- I pointed out the paint is $9.- she didn’t reply or look at the register display but continued ringing up items, then I asked will that paint $38.drop to $9.? Again no reply Just gave me the total I again said it’s $9. She changes it, still texting, no thanks, come again Just holds up the receipt in my general direction, no eye contact- continues in the phone Texting 🥺

Purchased one house full of GAF TIMBERLINE NS CHARCOAL BLEND. Saved close to 500.00 compared to brand X supply place. They stock OC brand shingles.

I have stopped into this store several times, I am always greeted and asked if they can direct me to an area. Every employee is very nice and friendly and I truly appreciate that. I can't tell you how many times I have walked into a store that has young people working and they are rude. Not at this home depot they are all very nice.

Home Depot has wonderful home furnishings options. Quick delivery and great quality. Make Home Depot your go to before other name brand stores.

I don't generally fill out the surveys or do reviews because I feel like good customer service isn't exemplary but should be standard. However, Latoya has on multiple occasions helped me check out in self-service, the regular lines and in the garden center. She has consistently been friendly, helpful and noticeably trying to provide great customer service. I do come to the store frequently but the fact that I have noticed it being she must be outstanding and needs to be recognized.

The store has consistently what I need!
