To reiterate, we had a delivery for a Samsung washer dryer Combo unit that we purchased three days ago. The driver called us at 7:15 AM from phone number 662–321-3170 to report that they would be earlier than our 8:30 delivery window. The product delivery and installation was fine. We hope. They did not stick around long enough to ensure proper functioning of the device. Upon leaving, they stole a black BB gun that looks similar to a 9 mm handgun. I noticed it missing from the shelf right beside the garage door that enters the house as we were walking them out and throwing some trash away. My husband approached their vehicle and asked about the gun. They reached down into a Dewalt tool bag and handed it back to him. And said, “I thought it was broken.” I cannot believe that my husband approached the delivery vehicle regarding a gun, and guy handed it back to him without incident. As they were leaving the driveway, their box truck BROWN NATIONALEASE made too sharp a turn on to Nail Road and their back tires hit our brick driveway and broke the bricks in half and damaged the front few completely. I have photos and video of the incident. I have made a report with the Olive Branch Police Department- Case # 20240******** I am pretty concerned that your business, of which I have been a long standing patron of, contracts with petty criminals. I know they won’t be prosecuted bc they returned the gun to us. However, I am requesting immediate repair for my property damage.

I bought this washer and dryer, about 4 or 5 months ago its shakes a little, but I like it. Thank you so much home depot!

I am very glad I got this appliance and I ready needed it.

This location is my favorite in the area due to friendly, helpful employees, adequately staffed on all visits. Also the store is clean, well lit and usually well stocked. Don’t count on sale items being in stock even if store specific store app states that it is. This happened on my last visit, otherwise would have given 5 stars.

I brought a hot water heater from there in 2020 and it started to leak and I still had another years of warranty they took care me I was very happy thanks Rheem and home depot!!

Greater selection of products and quantities of materials @ this location than other stores in the greater Memphis area.

The 110 treated 2/4 I bought online were not good! At least 10 were rounded off or had bad ends. The person who picked my order differently didn’t inspect them .

I bought an upright freezer from this store. The sales ladies were very knowledgeable about what was available. It took about 20 minutes to find what I wanted including the check out time.

Someone can’t read they sent me the wrong size vertical blinds I ordered them twice and each time they were wrong

The associates that pick the online orders grab open box items and items with defects. Then they seal them in bags so that this goes unnoticed until the customer gets back home.

I purchased mini pine bark nuggets. They are hard to find at other stores like Home Depot. Good product that I use in potting up garden plants.

Michael from the appliances department listen to my desires and provided be with great assistance with my purchase. He was patient and kind. The front desk associate was extremely helpful in finalizing the purchase. My mom was extremely happy because she is getting a washing machine that she desired and needed for Mother's day .We walked out of the store with huge smiles!
