Junior, Raphael, and Tennessee were so helpful in loading 40 bags of top soil and 18 bags of mulch in the cold weather.

I don’t think I could ever have great service like I’ve had here! Re modeling our first home and over the last couple of days this store has been so awesome and all the employees have been so amazing!!

On November 30th, I visited a store around 5-6 PM to locate items and arrange a willcall, expecting everything to be ready by 10 AM to 12 PM the following day. Despite assurances from managers that my items would be prepared by 6 AM, when I arrived at around 10 AM the next day, none of the vanities I had selected had been pulled. Worse, some of the vanities I had paid for were intentionally sold to other customers, even after I explicitly informed the workers that these items were mine. This resulted in significant delays and confusion. I faced contradictory instructions from an associate named Caroline and a lack of action from another worker, Austin, which led to over 7 hours of frustration in the store its a shame that the poor etiquette and behavior of a few workers . Despite the helpfulness of staff members like Ethan, Phyllis, Jaylan H, Donna, and Mike, my experience was largely negative due to these issues. The situation was especially burdensome as I live over an hour away and was using a truck and that means mileage isn't the best on those especially while carrying payload, leading to further time and financial losses

I purchased a washer on 11-8 and was not notified that when I purchased it that i had to pay for installation or pay someone to install it for me when it was delivered

Went to buy a new fridge. Jimmy and Geri Rae in appliances were both very helpful - polite, friendly and caring.

Always friendly and helpful. Even if the employee doesn't work in that department, they will either try to help or find you the person who can. They are a busy store, so sometimes it takes a few minutes, but they always come through.

I purchased a fire pit, it's just the right size for my patio and the price was very reasonable.

The home and garden department is a must visit when I shop at this location. The plants are always so beautiful and well water. It's always clean and organized and I can use the handicap riding cart to see all the beautiful plants.

Every time I go to this Home Depot, I always feel appreciated being a customer. Associates are always friendly and very helpful whether it's their department or not. I have never felt rushed during a visit, ever. Great customer service always.

There are not enough cars to transport construction materials... but the one that does take the 5 stars is Mr. Will from Prodesk

Bought lumber and doors after tornado damage, 3 more months of repairs at least. Thanks for Emony and her knowledge of products.

Employees at this store simply do not answer the phone.

Southaven Home Depot is a much better store than Olive Branch they take pride in their job. Although both stores could use more employees because they are short handed.

I ordered numerous items and someone most likely in store put the items as picked up but I didn't pick any items up from that ordered. They returned some of the items and credited my credit card but apparently keep the others items and had someone pick them up. This has happened twice. So, please watch so this will not happen to you.

I was trying to find some lumber and sheet rock. And this young man TRE" was awesome. He explained how I could order my stuff and have Home depot deliver it to me. I really appreciate it.

I needed to decide on a paint color and have been back and forth for weeks. The person in paint on Memorial Day, Leo went above and beyond assisting me. I have my paint and happy spirit. It makes me want to make this my main store!!
