I have never gone to a home depot and gotten the level of assistance I did recently. If the associate in the electrical department had not gone the extra step by calling a tech to assist I would have had to go without the product AND face the spouse. I could have saved a little money but the extra assistance has made my project a complete success and my life (believe it or not) easier. If every associate went to that degree of customer service my bank account would be empty and so would your store!!

The self checkout cashier was very helpful!! Yes! The first employee, told me that the work knee pads were in one aisle and I didn't find them, then the self check out cashier said they were in the correct aisle. I was so happy she (stefenie) knew what she was talking about!

A day we were dreading for all the items we had to get and all the decisions we had to make was turned into a very pleasant experience with the help of sales associates that were friendly and knowledgeable.

I appreciate Lexie giving me supreme service! She was very responsive to my needs and took the time answer my call when I had a question after I got home. Customer service is still alive!

I didn't need any assistance at this visit but in the past I have never had trouble finding and associate when I needed one.

The items we were looking for where available and lower than Memphis stores.

They are so attentive and willing to help. This is a great store and Home Depot is just awesome.

I haven't been in Home Depot for a good minute. I was able to find an associate that knew exactly the name of what I was looking for and where to find it. And we were on the opposite side of the store. Awesome.

Needed help in the lumber department - associate was extremely helpful with both physical assistance and advice.

I was very satisfied with checkout, associate assisted me in the garden department he was very well experienced in products and uses also referred herbs and what they can be used for. found all my garden needs right in Home Depot.

Received incorrect information from Corporate Office. I showed up at the returns counter with some dead plants, in their original containers with scan tags which I purchased 10 months previously which didn't survive the winter. I was told by the corporate office I could get a store credit even without my receipt but could not receive a cash refund. After digging up the dead plants, showing up at the store I was told there was nothing that could be done if I didn't have original receipt. I argued, "No, I was told I could get a store credit - all I wanted was a store credit to replace the dead plants I purchased". Took over an hour, another call to corporate office, calling the store manager - Service Desk Clerk was a star and provided me a store credit of $159. My bad, I didn't have the receipt, but being given incorrect information after calling corporate office is unacceptable - thankfully, they have an angel who knows what it means to deliver exceptional customer service employee!

I went in for some pesticide and was looking over the many choices I had. A salesman passed and asked if he could help. He guided me in what was best for my circumstance. I always have a good experience here from the time I enter the store and am greeted with a hello, welcome to Home Depot until I leave the checkout with the same courtesy and welcoming feelng.

I made my annual trip to Home Depot for plants to fill my assortment of containers and beds this past week and the service was awesome! I ended up with 3 full flat carts and the cashier, Stephanie, made sorting, transporting & purchasing them a breeze. I really appreciated how she just stepped in & volunteered way before I had even filled the very 1st cart. Needless to say, I had quite a load (over 300 plants!) but the excellent customer service made it virtually effortless!

I found everything I was looking for. I had previously found some patio chairs I wanted at another home improvement store and found some I liked better for the same price. So I bought them from Home Depot.

Since purchasing our first home earlier this year, my husband and I have spent many hours in home improvement stores. The vibe/attitude we perceive from the store associates is how we determine which store we will frequent. The overall positive and friendly attitudes exhibited by the Home Depot associates at the Horn Lake, MS, store is why we continue to spend our money specifically at this location. We've never had a bad experience there. Every store associate we've spoken to in this store has been cordial. Y'all keep up the great work and demeanor. I will continue to urge others to buy from your store.

I took advantage of the Home Depot's buy on line and pick up in store. I had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for the convenience of having someone shop for you and all you have to do is drop in and pick it up.

Everytime we go to this Home Depot it is a remarkable experience we are always treated like we are the most important customer and never have to walk around to find help. Would definitely advise others to visit this store.

AS A MEMBER OF THE AMERICAN HOMES FOR RENT PROGRAM, I HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH HOME DEPOT. JOSIAH HAS ONE OF THE BEST TEAMS IN THE AREA. I STILL CAN'T STUMP LEXI WHEN I ASK WHAT ISLE AN ITEM IS ON. ALL OF THE PRO DESK MEMBERS ARE AWESOME. I SHOPPED LOWES FOREVER. THIS STORE HAS THE GREATEST TEAM AND I PLAN TO PLACE MY BUSINESS HEWRE FROM NOW OWN. TOMMY AT THE PAINT DESK IS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL. The store has everything we needed and very helpful service

Every time I visit the store Wileta always greets me with a smile along with the other customers. She has a great personality. You need to hire more people like her.

I enjoy shopping here all the time and Kimberley is always friendly and I love her smile!
