The employees were very helpful and one in particular was from the wood department, Ricky. He took the time away from his department and didn't pass me off to another employee and personal made sure I found what I was looking for! Excellent customer service!

Nice friendly customer service people. Got the ceiling fan I needed and check out was good and fast.

Best Home Depot ever! All of the employees are friendly/helpful and the store is always clean. I love the group in the paint dept. They are very knowledgeable and have seen me through many projects!

The Spotsylvania Home Depot employees are ALWAYS helpful. I do have a question regarding the drawing for the $5000 gift card. Why is there a major disproportionate number of winners from P.R. than from the United States? The population of the USA must be at least 20 times greater, yet there are about 2 times more winners in P.R. !!

Your store is about a block from my home, so it makes it very easy to shop. I always get great service and everyone is always willing to help, very friendly staff. They go the extra step by not just telling me where things are, but many times walking me to the location. When I do not need assistance, I find the store very easy to navigate, from your in store signage. The store is always very clean, so are the restrooms. I have even taken classes.

I ALWAYS HAVE GREAT EXPERIENCES WHEN SHOPPING AT THIS HOME DEPOT. FRIENDLY, HELPFUL ASSOCIATES AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. RETURNS AND ONLINE PICK UPS ARE SMOOTH AND WHEN THEY DONT HAVE TO RING CUSTOMERS WITH BASKETS FULL OF STUFF IT GOES EVEN FASTER.

As a contractor we visit this store a lot. The pro desk staff is extremely helpful. The layout of this store is excellent everything easy to find, and makes sense. We mostly use the pro desk for purchases, but the staff throughout are very helpful. If you have a specific trade related question (plumbing, electrical, etc...) they generally will have the answer or have someone on speed dial with the answer. This store is a little out of our way at times, but we will still drive the extra few miles because of the staff.

Lisa at this Home Depot location store is a wonderful customer service staff member going the extra mile in assistance. Found her outside in the freezing temps in the garden center; however, well worth hunting her down for information. She used her phone to find the location of the item I needed and continued to assist the entire process given I had knee surgery recently. Most staff minimally assist...answering questions; however, Lisa is above and beyond in helping the customer. I didn't have to ask for anything...she is a forward thinker and I hope she is recommended for manager and brought in from the freezing temps in the garden center lol.

There are always store employees available to help. If you need a kitchen appliance, see Hilary. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Ask for her advice about your appliance needs...she will figure it out for you! She will take the time to research different options and features, always mindful of your preferences. By the time you've selected a kitchen appliance, you'll feel as though you've found a new friend!

Specifically talking about the paint department: Dupree and Carl are the BEST when it comes to painting projects!! I always come to them for advice and they have always suggested the right colors or tools I need for all my projects! Have a painting or staining project?!?! GO SEE THEM!!!! Legit!

Excellent customer service! Paint department is amazing! I have purchased and applied 31 Gallons of paint in the past two weeks, WOW! Absolutely AMAZED by professional painters!!!!! I am an avid DYI'er, sorry guys and gals just can't afford your expertise, unfortunately... So , the paint department at Home Depot has been so helpful in helping me to choose the right paint. I wanted to go with a flat paint to cover imperfections, but I need the durability of a semigloss, ahhhkkkk! Behr Marquee is BEAUTIFUL, it makes an average homemaker/self-employed/ mom of 3 amazing children/ super star wife/ with 3 dogs, too. Look like a PRO, painter that is! My house looks amazing! Thanks Guys & Gals at HOME DEPOT, you gave me the confidence and directed me to the best of the best products!
