This store and all home depos have implemented new processes that are not acceptable for people. They will return items that have been purchased if it sits in their store for 7days. As a contractor this presents a problem because I have zero room to store items such as full drop in bath and shower combos and if like my job the start date is pushed back then the items is gone and not present when needed. Because of this I may find myself in breach of contract. I would like to suggest that home depo makes automated calls or send several emails to insure that the items return is not a issue for contractors or customers. And It seems to me if a contractor is sued for breach of contract because the items were shipped back then they should back charge home depo for the law suit. .

Cashier was super friendly and nice quick to check me out Overall this store never carries what it shows on website so looking in advance call too see if products are on shelf or not!!

I'm going to a competitor instead because the customer service was not good, the place was clean, but people weren't helpful, and they didn't price match even though the website says they do. Their competitor price matches and they have much friendlier staff.

They wouldn’t give us a military discount because they said my husband’s military ID card was insufficient evidence. We’ll shop at Lowe’s from now on.

ASSOCIATE DAVE IN MILLWORK SEEMS TO BE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OVERALL REGARDING THE ENTIRE STORE. VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT IN HELPING ME WITH THE PURCHASE OF 2 STORM DOORS. HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM TO OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS IF THEY ARE IN NEED OF A DOOR OR OTHER ITEMS.

Clean, organized store.

While you may have hit and miss service from the average employee here, if you need great customer service, see Nedrea at the front desk. She’s very friendly and knows the procedures well.

Before you buy anything, remember to get only what you need. Returning items is a painful experience. Just beware that some employees lack the basic people skills.

The shelves aren’t always stocked but I find myself shopping here because it is the closest box store on this side of route 3

Great service and clean store.

The store was nice and clean and they had the crown mounding I was looking for.

I like the store; it’s convenient located to me, I can go in and out quickly, prices are reasonable. The only thing I get frustrated with is, not enough associates around when needed, every time I need assistance, I have to go looking for one and takes a long time to find an associate. I also doubt about the surveys, in 33 years of filling them out, I have never won anything.

Highly recommend shopping in the appliance and cabinet section of Home Depot, Lacey is super friendly, provide excellent customer service and is very patient. Excellent customer service.

The store is clean and there are very helpful people employed there. I didn't have to wait for a long time to find someone to answer a question I had on a product. Overall a good store with acceptable amount of stock in a great location.

Store was very clean. All associates seemed to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Other home depots seem to busy and everyone is rushed. I will make it a point to drive to this location every time

I have shopped in a lot of big box stores and by far this Home Depot has the best employees. They are always very friendly and helpful! And the store is kept really clean and organized.

Store was clean and neat. The employees were eager to help.Appliances employee was extremely pollte and very helpful. At the paint center the employee's were very polite and helpful along with be efficient.
