I always have a good experience at this Home Depot. The store associates are great - knowledgeable and helpful.

They both went out of their way to make my purchase hunt and experience pleasant and easy.

I went to the Lawn and Garden Shop to purchase Mums. They were beautiful and easy to purchase. The sales clerk was a nice young man who had a great personality...just the type to be dealing with the public! He was very polite and friendly. Everything inside and out is always clean and neat. Great place to shop!

Easy to find needed items and associates are helpful. Associates in plumbing, paint and electrical were very helpful.

An associated who worked in the Floor Covering section helped me decide on how to remodel my kitchen. His name was: Max. His expertise in showing me floor coverings, kitchen cabinets, and carpet was impressive. He explained various ways to accomplish my remodeling efforts that I was completely unaware of. Max was very kind, an excellent communicator and a made my trip very successful in firming up my plans on remodeling. Which I plan on buying all products from Home Depot. Thank you Home Depot for having seasoned assistants who knows your products and takes the time to articulate various key aspects to help me make important decisions. Please thank 'Max" for his help today. You are very fortunate to have such a dedicated, loyal, and caring employee.

Store Associate "Troy" in Lawn and Garden has always been the associate to go to for professional friendly help both at 4620 and now at 4620. His personality, product knowledge, honesty and customer care is what keeps HOME DEPOT alive and above Lowes. However, for the past couple of years the management in the local Fredericksburg Stores has gone down hill in both customer relations and employee treatment. Home Depot needs more secret shoppers that report facts.

Home Depot is clearly designed to cater to homeowners for DIY projects. For the artisans and craftsmen like myself, the selection of products is sketchy at best. I only go to Home Depot for the commonplace stuff, knowing I will rarely ever find many things my craft requires or much of anything that isn't contained in a plastic bubble package. As for advice or questions, I've not found the sales people at Home Depot particularly knowledgeable about much of anything related to actual woodworking.

THE ASSOCIATES WERE VERY HELPFUL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

The mulch I have been using wasn't put on sale. Other mulch (ones not selling on sale). Should try to keep regular customers happy.

I needed help for choosing and ordering my new entry and screen door. The associate was very helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. Without his help I wouldn't be able to make and order today. I am happy to find a very professional help, it was a treat. I would and will recommend Home Depot after this visit.

Darryl was an associate that went above and beyond when we could find the garage door opener we want. An other associate told us we wouldn't get for a couple days because it just came in on the truck and was in the back but Darryl went in the back, found it, and brought it out to us. He was very helpful and pleasant to us where the other was not. Thank you Darryl.

I am remodeling the deck in my backyard. Your associate Jeff was very helpful in guiding me with what I needed to do. The store is very clean, bright and cheerful, and the products are well laid out and easy to find.

I could spend hours in Home Depot. I particularly have enjoyed the plant/flower sales this year.

It is nice to have a well organized store with knowledgeable staff to help when needed. It made our shopping experience very efficient and productive. Nice to see a great selection of new technology on the shelves and we now have other projects in mind that will bring us back again. The sales offered were a bonus on this trip!

I was looking for saw blades. The first two Sale Associate did not want to help me. It toke over 45 minutes for the third Associate to show up. He was very helpful.

Store was clean and associates were very friendly and helpful.

I needed help finding brackets for holding chairs. An associate told me to go to a certain aisle. THen I went to that aisle and the item was not there. I asked another associate who tried to help me as well. Then the first associate (Marcus) came to make sure I found my item. He has a little phone like device that showed him which aisle the item I was seeking was on. WE went there and he made sure that I got to see all the available items. He held them for me as I had forgotten to get a cart. He made sure I made it to check out and bagged my items (in self check out) as well.

The store is at a very convenient location, it is a clean store and the associates working at the store are friendly and helpful.

Happy with the service and quality of items purchased. Plan to continue shopping in the Fredericksburg store and on line.

Initial order for over one ton of cement step stones was handled very well. Customer Service/Return Desk excellent; Garden Dept loading excellent. Return and exchange for a larger concrete step stone was extremely well handled. All items, in the size and quantity were readily available. The return desk personnel and Garden dept "loaders" worked very well together. The weather was hot and the load heavy and cumbersome (initially load 55 steps at one ton; on the exchange, unload and return the initial 55 items and load 46 larger steps,over one ton. All done smoothly and pleasantly. The Asst Manager, Darlene took the time to write down all the HD Associate details of those who had helped me. Ordering and Return Dept; two ladies, Jaquinto, (?) and Lee, and Bob. Garden Dept. Darrell (a take charge type), Anthony (very personable), and Winston (a tireless worker). All your staff appeared well trained, professional, and personable. They were always willing to go the extra distance to help. Well done. I will recommend your store to my friends.

We have always found what we were looking for (and more) at this particular store.

Someone is always ready to help me with any I'm looking for and always explains how to use whatever I purchased.

To long of a wait at the customer service desk. One time I had to return an item and the employee put the money on a store card. When I went to go grab the item I was originally there for, I was going to use the money from the card and pay for the remaining balance. When I got to the cashier, they said there was never any money put on the card. I had to go back to the customer service desk and wait 10 min before I was helped. There needs to be a faster response time when there are people waiting in line at the customer service desk. I have had to wait 5 to 10 mins most of the time when I need something from the customer service desk. I also recommend teaching the people who help you load things into cars, how to do it properly. I had to load something onto of my car and the employee hit my car with the item which dented my car and scratched it. I went to the customer service desk about it and again, waited a long time for help and then was told by the manager that he was to busy to look at my car and that if I had a complaint, to fill a form out and they will send it to corporate. I was so upset. Now I will ask another customer for help instead of having an employee from Home Depot help me load thing on my car.
