Home Depot is my home away from home. I purchased my flooring from one of their stores and was able to do the job myself.

Thank you to Karen the cashier and Yvonne the sales associate. It was a task to find an item that was listed in the store but not on the shelves in plain view. I’m glad know one gave up the search. Also, thank you Ki driving the lift to get the found product which was on the highest shelve in the store on a crate. Now I get to take the product home for the contractor to install on time.

I bought a hanging plant yesterday and it looks great in my kitchen window.

I love the location of this store but, the employees are lazy to help customers properly. You have to always run them down for help. If you cannot find help they will only turn up if they see you on a ladder. That gets them in trouble so that's when they are helpful in some sections in certain neighborhoods. This store is clean & is hardware heaven but hard to find help in!

Your employees are helpful and hospitable. I was so happy to come to a Home Depot that I did not have to walk around to find help. Keep up the good work.

I did not know I could save money as a non-profit. The workman we hired always made us pay him the cash, and he bought the materials from his Home Depot account. One day, he was unavailable, and we went ourselves. The sales representative at Home Depot told us about a church we could save and set up our account with. We saved over $300 in taxes by providing our 501 (c) (3) document and could buy more material with it to help renovate the church. We love Home Depot and will keep partnering with them for all future repairs and buildings.

I bought Draino for my monthly maintenance of cleaning and clearing my pipes. The Home Depot is my favorite store to buy these items. 2 in 1 is a great deal. Save money .

Leonie treats customers as if they were her children. She finds out everything you need and offers suggestions she feels will be beneficial to your project. With prices on the rise, I appreciate how she showed which products had the best value.

The very people put at the store to stop shop lifting are coming the crime of allowing their friends and family to walk out the door with crates of things

I made two visits prior to making a decision regarding a gas range. I was assisted several excellent workers including Ms.P. Budhoo. She was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.

This store delivered me stuff with open seals. How poor quality is there. They returned it right away admitted that it should never have been delivered. Then they proceeded on giving me something with an open seal again. What cheats. They make a mockery of Home Depot BBB needs to see what’s happening

I was offered the credit card in which I applied. When I received the credit card. I made one purchase as time went by. I noticed I was still paying. I figured I had paid it off by then recently going into the store to make a payment. It was brought to my attention that the account was also the account of a contractor so apparently the contractor is buying materials and I’m getting the bill, I have no relation with this contractor. I need Home Depot to fix this as soon as possible but they said they cannot do anything I was sent to Citibank Citibank also told me they cannot do anything by Citibank representative. I was given another number to call to try to resolve this issue so right now, I am stuck with a $800 contract bill that I have nothing to do with. What am I to do , because at this point, I refuse to pay for a bill

Helpful people employed here especially in the tile area

Staff is terrible!! Sometimes shopping here is a horror. Staff is clueless, you need more secret shopper's. You can hire me.

Had a good experience at the store on a recent visit. Staff is helpful and friendly and the store is generally well stocked and easy to navigate.

I bought eight 50-pound bags of sakrete fast-set concrete and four 60-pound bags of sakrete all-purpose gravel. As I stood there, struggling to lift these sacks, on three occasions a different male employee passed me without offering assistance. The kept their heads straight, avoided eye-contact, and sped-up as if they were on an urgent mission. This is not the first time I have witnessed this kind of "avoidance" tactics displayed at this home depot. Sometimes I only come here because it's nearby, BUT, this location is not my first choice due to their lack of proper customer service.

Mervette helped me to select what I needed and it was such a pleasant experience. She was kind, helpful, friendly and provided the best customer service.

.She's very attentive.She greets me.She asks me anything else Homedepot needs more Cashiers like Judith. She is always pleasant and knowledgeable about all products that are sold at Homedepot .

This store is always nicely stocked and very neat

Unfortunately this store has staff that are very hostile and unwilling to assist. They either hide from you or look disgusted when you request assistance. Also, they are very dishonest when it comes to store policy. A customer service rep refused to hand me back my store credit card because it was empty whereas at other stores the cashier would hand it back to me. Also, self checkout doesn't ask to keep your card as well.

Cheldon provided excellent customer service.

Twice now a certain cashier has pressed buttons at check out inexplicably preventing me from getting an email receipt. I cannot recommend this store.

I bought a touch about 6 months ago. And it's now a not working switch. I cannot find the receipt, so now I'm stock with it, I had to use old school switch
