There were only two cashiers so I took maybe 20 minutes to get out. But the cashier Patricia it was very professional

After my purchase of propane A lot attendant by the name Trevor ignored me when I asked for help even walk away from me while training another lot attendant. Waited in the rain for 40+ mins.

store is close to where I work , been coming here for years , obviously I feel safe , am treated well , store is clean and has what I need most of the time

A bit better store than others in the area. The staff is quite helpful and friendly. Was really nicely surprised by Nia, who was extra nice and friendly.

The staff at this location leaves a lot to be desired. Not only was i unable to find someone to assist in plumbing to get something off of a higher shelf, when i did find someone to ask for help he then when to get more help which led to me waiting like 15 mins. Eventually I just decided to use the employee ladder to get it down myself since they were scattered all over the place. When walking to the checkout i saw the employee and the help he went to get, when I told him I got it down myself he simply replied "great". Needless to say I wont be going back to this location, i'd rather inconvenience myself and drive to a further one where the staff actually assists you.

The home depot in Springfield Gardens Queens is fairly a good experience. The store a large and stocked well. There is also plenty parking.

The home depot in Springfield Gardens Queens is well stocked. The employees are helpful and friendly, but they need more hires to assist their customers.

Store as always is organized, not much staff around as always to assist, however when you find one, they are always polite and helpful, my visit this time was great, I got to chit chat with Betty-Ann by the paint department, and cashier Beatrice was patient and very nice.

Horrible service, inexperienced teens and insane check out line with no self check out.

Need more worker to help you get rid of cashier that don't want to work that come in with an attitude early in the morning

Return policy is not clear, if you use cash and return merchandise without a receipt you can’t get store credit not even $1.25, discussed with Home Depot in chosen neighborhoods. This whole experience was a disaster, I was told only in selective stores will they give you a store credit without a receipt. What does selective stores mean?

Although there were not to ,many people(REPS) on the floor to help . This store was very well stock and clean . The cashier Sherri was excellent with her hospitality. As she assisted me ,I observed her multi tasking helping others as well . I was by the self check outline.

This store is the only one of its kind for miles. It gets a lot of business only due to this fact. The cashier employees are not always kind and supplies run out quickly. The parking lot is always full and parking is tight. The store is clean and convenient and is very popular with local handy men and contractors.

The overall customer service was exceptional, especially from the cashier who took care of my purchase. The cashier’s name is Jaiwantie, and I must say that in my most humble opinion, she has represented Home Depot admirably and honorably. She was courteous, kind, and respectful. She provided the kind of service that makes customers remain loyal to shopping at a particular store, and if I can help it, this location will be my primary shopping locale!
