The cashier - Joslyn - was very welcoming, fast, and courteous.

Staff is friendly when you can find them. The store is dirty with trash overflowing out of the garbage cans at the entrance. Self-checkout is out of service, prepare to wait in line.

The employees and customer service reps are all very friendly always helpful always smiling. Makes the whole shopping experience a very smooth and fun shopping experience Kayla and her team of very experienced employees.

The store was neat and clean and products were easy to find. The sales person Audrey Frierson was very helpful and courteous.

This is maybe the worst store on jamaica no one there to help when customers are walking around store for hours when they can find things easily for help. No one there to assist. I was walking out the store angry when a cashier girl was asking me if I found everything i needed and i started to complain she left to go help me and i got everything i needed. Thank u very much i did your survey just to let you know. why does a cashier have more knowledge on products that people in their own departments dont know. Every associate i asked for help said to ask someone else except for this little girl who came and offered her assistance on her own without me asking. The store was not clean but i saw her sweeping all by herslef and no asociates were not helpful at all except for her

The appliances department has a knowledgeable young man who takes his time to research all the facts about your product, gives you all the pros and cons, is attentive to your needs, patient, pleasant; genuine. We did not know much about the product we wanted to purchase, when he detected that, he schooled us. Some salesperson in other places look so tired and annoyed, or so pushy to make a sale tbat eithr way, you are afraid to approach them. Not there! They sit with you to discuss everything and answer your questions. Thank you

Store #1238 is very organized and clean. Products are easy to find. Sales people are very helpful and pleasant. We bought a refrigerator, and we a great sales person, his name is Tajon. He was very patient and courteous to me and my sister, we had a lot of questions, since we hadn't bought a refrigerator in over 20 years, he took his time to explain and answer our questions. This is my home store and I shop there for all my household appliances, paint, anything that needs repaired or replace that's where we shop. By the way our refrigerator was delivered and it was more than what we expected, since the model we wanted was not on display in the store.

I would've given five stars, but didn't get my Veterans discount, even though I asked for it, and produced ID stating such..

Customer service rep Novlet took me to many locations and departments to track down my item. There was no aisle/bin location on the website. She actually tracked it down to a random box on a random shelf. That was so above and beyond any of my expectations. Knowing that there were many available in the next store, she would t give up until she found it. The whole process took less than 10 minutes and we treked around many locations. I was in complete disbelief when she located it!

The store was clean. Things are not easy to find but friendly and helpful staff kind of mitigate that

This Home Depot store is only good for you if you already know what you want, how to use it & where to locate it in the store. If you ask for assistance from an employee, there’s a significant chance that you will be disturbing someone who doesn’t care about your needs. On the off chance that he or she decides to help, they will have to go and search for the one employee who might know the answer to your question. Management has a big job ahead of them if they even care about fixing the service here.
