Yes, i did find the product i was looking for, just that it run-out. The store was clean and every item at it's designated place Excellent customer care

The store is not big but the people there are very helpful.

The store was neat and clean and all the products were in their appropriate places. I was able to find the products I needed easily. I did not need any assistance but I am sure I would be able to get the assistance I needed with no problem. The only contact I had was with Cashier Sky and she was very polite and personable. Keep up the good work Sky. It was a pleasure having her as my cashier. She gave me a sense that she cares about her job.

ALWAYS HAVE THE STUFF I NEED ...THE WORKERS ARE HELPFUL

Service at this store has greatly improved over the years from Staff to Service.

The store is great, yet they're really understaffed, which makes some (a few) of the employees irritable. Please add more knowledgeable, attentive and building & construction, experienced staff.

I got what I went there to buy. The associate help me to find it and took it to the car for transportation after paying.

I am very pleased to tell you that staff at Springfield are very helpful. During my shopping on Sept. 9th store manager Mr. Yaime spoke to me help me out. That is really unbelievable.

Springfield Gardens Home Depot is the cleanest and neatest one (bathroom included) within 10 miles - in my opinion; most things are so easy and convenient to find. However, if you do require assistance, the store employees do not brush you off no matter how small an item you may need; the friendly cashiers and security round out an overall pleasant shopping experience here.
