We found everything we needed and the checkout was quick

This store almost always has items in stock, I was looking for something and 2 other stores were showing it in stock, however when I arrived the item was not in stock, very frustrating so I was very pleased to find it at this location.

Jimmy helped me find what I was looking when there was no one else in department.

The St. Cloud Home Depot has the friendliest and most helpful employees. Every time we go in it is such a pleasant shopping experience. There are always employees to help us when needed.

The Garden Center is where Emilio helped me and he was so happy to go above and beyond for me.

I received excellent customer service at this store while setting up a charge card account and while making a purchase. The Greeter, Cashier Odelle, and Lumber Manager were all exceedingly helpful, patient, kind, and friendly. Shopping here is always easy and satisfying. Love this store!

The staff at this location are great.Very friendly and have gone above and beyond to assist me when i visit.

Trying to find pegs was a difficult task until I found Lexi.she took to the time to walk me to the item and she did it with a smile and then she help me also to check out. Lexi made me feel special even though it was a small purchase. Lexi was awesome!

The Cashiers were very helpful especially this woman named Layza. She was very nice and friendly to me and provided me the help I needed. Even though the store very packed and chaotic she still answered all my questions I had and I appreciate it.

I'm not coming back to Home Depot. None of the items I came for had prices. It was a WASTE of gas and time. Go somewhere else, unless you want a headache

Other than the guy in appliances the employees do not care

Their Manager can't seem to perform the basic skill of Inventory Management. I have consistently and constantly encountered this exact problem at this location. Online inventory shows multiples in stock but in actuality there is none. I have complained directly to this Manager on numerous occasions and yet she has done absolutely nothing. In fact I feel that their inventory issues have even gotten worse as of late. This is an absolutely pathetic way to manage a store for professionals. On a specific order, I tried two weeks ago to order for pickup and it was cancelled due to incorrect inventory. The Manager said she would correct their inventory and order more in and it would take 7-10 days to replenish stock. Two weeks later and their inventory is still incorrect, I have another cancelled order, and I'm left still needing product. This Manager needs to be fired and a Corporate Trainer brought in to fix this location.

Very happy with associates in store. Several times needed assistance with products I.e. items heavy, large - always polite and helpful.

I was unsure of what type and size of blinds to buy and the employee helped me choose and make sure I got the right size. I took them home and they are perfect.

If you can choose to have a check out person, get Cheryl at the St. Cloud location. Very nice and friendly, check out with a smile.

Most employees at this store are rude, and really don't care if you shop there or not. They will lie to you about a product they have no knowledge of rather than saying "I don't know" or trying to find the correct answer to.

we bought a battery operated lawn mower toro brand at first & after several attempts to use it, battery doesnt last long until we decided to return it & switched to a gas power (21 in recycler/rear bagging lawn mower). We are now so happy to use it.
