Most employees at this store are rude, and really don't care if you shop there or not. They will lie to you about a product they have no knowledge of rather than saying "I don't know" or trying to find the correct answer to.

I had trouble finding what I was looking for and an employee went above and beyond for me and was able to help me find what I was looking for.

we bought a battery operated lawn mower toro brand at first & after several attempts to use it, battery doesnt last long until we decided to return it & switched to a gas power (21 in recycler/rear bagging lawn mower). We are now so happy to use it.

The 2 cashier's we ran into and a man on the sales floor named Mingo were absolutely incredible. Very patient and thorough. Mingo helped us load up 2 days in a row. Saw us and came right over.

for the most part the store are always fully stock and some the associates go the extra mile to help you to find the items that you are looking for.

Store needs to hire more workers so that all stock is put up and not left in the isles. also you need to have sufficient help to make sure that there are enough people at the registers that people do not have to wait for a long time.

The store was full of employees that were knowledgeable and helpful. I received assistance from 3 different employees. Rafael from paint truly helped my husband and I get the right paint for our home and introduced us to the Titan paint. Thank you Rafael for your help and the great advice on paint quality and quantity.

I had a great experience shopping at this location. I was greeted by the Store Mgr Ron in the garden dept. I went in with an idea for my project and I found what I needed very quickly. Sam in the paint dept did a phenomenal job explaining exactly which paint I needed for the project and quickly mixed the paints for me. She also pointed out that they had some oops paint I might be interested in at a discounted price and even walked me to the spot they were in. This was great customer service if you ask me. Home Depot in Saint Cloud is my favorite place to shop. Keep up the great work Sam, you Rock!

Lexi, possibly the front end Manager, was obnoxious and unprofessional. I was walking towards open register, the light was on, and she screamed at me that "those registers are closed". I pointed out that the light was on, signaling it was open. She said oh, "I can turn that off". I said well that doesn't really help me does it?" She rudely waved me off and points to the other register's and says "I can use the exercise walking back" she clearly was body shaming. This is completely unacceptable behavior and it needs to be addressed.

There is an old saying in sales. It is hard enough to get customers, so when you have them you better do everything to keep them, and when you HAD them and you LOSE them- (many who don't write reviews but just had enough and go elsewhere) than you really screwed up. Anytime I can purchase something from another store or on-line I will instead of buying at HD, at least at this store. Customer service lines too often are disgraceful. Store is dirty, stock is all over the place, or even in stock and this is in MANY depts. AND no enforcement of wearing masks. Outside, labels are so worn off impossible to know prices of many items. This was the same thing in lumber--and it went until I as a customer had to point it out? How is management not aware of merchandising, stock levels, filth, staffing--- I do feel the people working, not management, for the most part, are doing the best they can, working hard, friendly, but staffing is horrid (often in garden-flooring, customer service--along with other things noted. Beyond the customers you do have---you will never know those that go elsewhere due to the same reasons.

I would strongly encourage shoppers to avoid this store until they require those who enter to be wearing a mask. I consistently see shoppers ignoring the safety of others by electing to forgo face masks and I feel very uncomfortable with Home Depot allowing that to occur.
