The drawer slides in my condominium were garbage, so I looked around and H.D. seemed to have a good replacement slide. The slides are great, but the mounting brackets are plastic junk. I've already had to replace 4 or 5 of them, I'm lucky if I get 6 months out of the front brackets. H.D. wasn't able to come up with a fix, now I'm trying to contact the manufacturer for a possible solution. ( made in china...)

I recently purchased 2 full carts of bulky items big bags and asked for assistance to help load and unload my heavy large bags of soil and mulch but was told you do not offer this service during high season and you only had 1 cashier and 2 store workers working this is unacceptable especially for us 100% disabled veterans!

Six employees standing around the self checkout registers pointing people to the register. How about just opening a register to check people out

This store is clean and the staff is beyond helpful and cheery

Too few checkout lines and apathetic staff made the trip tedious. I needed a couple sprinkler repair parts. 2 minutes to get parts, 20 minutes to check out, and only self checkouts open, except for a Pro counter that will not wait on non-business customers.

5-7 Employees stand around doing nothing more than herding customers like cattle at the self checkout. Get out of the way and allow SELF checkout or get to work checking out customers.

It’s hard to find someone to help and when I do, they know less than I do. There’s so much crap in the aisles I can’t get around and my hands are always filthy when I leave. Every box has a layer of dust.

My wife wanted to redo the half bathroom and in addition to her other presents I got her a $200 gift card to HomeDepot for her stocking. Well she used all of it and discarded the card like any normal person with an empty gift card would do, along with the receipt. Well one of the items that an employee helped her pick out didn’t work as the item was incorrect. I picked up what I needed from Ace to finish her project. I then go into Home Depot to return the item and I was told I couldn’t. That I had been red flagged for returning something else without a receipt. I honestly cannot tell you the last time I had a return. I asked the employee what item I returned without one and they could not tell me. They continued with I needed proof of purchase, I advised they saw me walk in with the item and when scanned it came up in their system. It wouldn’t have if I didn’t purchase it from Home Depot. I advised it was bought with a gift card and both receipt and the gift card have been discarded. I was told well I’m flagged and not allowed any future returns.

I've been shopping at this site since they opened. Up until today, exclusively in the morning hours. The employees have always been very helpful and staff the checkouts. Tonight, I went in and bought several hundred dollars of items. I asked an employee for help to checkout, he said yes, started to scan items and then walked away. I spoke to the supervisor on duty and I could tell he could not have cared less until I told him to get someone to come get the items to return. Only then was there any sense that, maybe, customer service actual means providing service. It's unfortunate because the morning folks are so nice and helpful.

It took 5 weeks of waiting for an installation estimation date before I gave up and requested a refund. I continually requested updates each week during the 5 week period and there was always an excuse to not provide an estimated date. The website process clearly lays out a simple and expedited flow but does not represent the reality.

Employees were too lazy to find an item that was showing to be in stock, but rather chose to tell me "the inventory is always incorrect". One excellent employee did the job three others would not nd saved the sale.

Diana Martinez was an amazing asset when I need to replace 3 major appliances. She makes sure your existing spaces can accommodate your new appliances, points out specifics to look for such as adequate space when doors open and makes you feel comfortable you've made good selections

I’m glad to have this store within a few short minutes away from my house for all the little projects I like to get into. Bethammal at the return center is always very kind!

I needed assistance locating 5 different tools from 4 different aisles. The staff personally assisted in procuring what i needed.

I needed to find a treatment for my tree that has weird bugs on it. I brought in a photo and one of the associates, Michael, showed me what he using at his own house. Easiest and quickest shopping experience I’ve had at a Home Depot.

The store at Durbin Creek has so much in the aisles it is frustrating to shop and prohibits handicapped persons from maneuvering thier wheelchair or EV safely down the aisles. I was in this store twice today and both time witnessed a person in a motorized wheelchair get snarled up in a display or could not adequately turn into an aisle because of a box encroaching in the middle of the aisle. To add insult to injury there was not enough room for the average person to get from one side of the row of displays and boxes to the other. This was pretty much the main aisles in all directions. The general product aisles seemed to be less cluttered but with the amount of people traffic forced into them because there wasn't enough room to walk in the larger main aisles. Hope there is never a fire in thos store.

The customer service from Ron was amazing. He proactively asked us what project required guidance, and walked us through the right closet system for our home space and helped choose the right items and cut shelving for us. He is a fun and positive person, and we are lucky we met him! :)

Went to this location for a tool box. Was in customer service to make the order. Smooth process ever go see George and Doug great guys very helpful didn’t stop until job was done thanks again guys will be back at this store even tho it’s a little far from my house thanks again

It should not take an hour to have a 29 Fl oz. Can of paint mixed. 15 people in line with only on cashier at 11:41am.

Stuff always blocking the walkways. Or areas blocked off but no work is going on to warrant it to be blocked off. over all great store

I had several options to choose from

My family just moved here from Denver / Greenwood Village Colorado, and we had the world’s most conveniently located Home Depot that thoroughly made me exhausted every time I visited. My best friend works for Home Depot corp and because of this I try to always support Home Depot, even when it’s not a pleasure. Well, since moving to St John’s, I have only had amazing experiences at Home Depot. We have a new house with a big pool and a lot of things we were not prepared for, so this Home Depot has been a weekly destination and each time I go there I am at ease, able to find what I need and able to locate a customer associate if I need assistance.
