John from Garden was very helpful and made me feel safe in a dark parking lot..he walked me to my car George saved me some n95 masks that we desperately need at work thank you to both of you wish we had gotten the same deal that was advertised the day before (10 masks / 22 buck) instead i got 3 masks for 9 bucks plus tax of course to do our job safely...thanks for the help...

The manager Steve was extremely helpful. I strongly recommend this store.

local store access , knowledgeable staff at departments

I came here to thank a cashier, LANISE! Although she tried to upsale me to apply for a credit card, she did it with professionalism and pride. She's personable, we laughed. She was everything that anyone could ask for when shopping and spending. Her customer service skills are bar-none. GIVE THIS LADY A RAISE! Thank you Lanise! You're doing an awesome job, keep up the good work!

I love the staff, they are helpful and knowledgeable. I despise the trend towards self checkout. It is clearly another way to squeeze every penny out of a business and does not support the middle class citizen looking for a good job. Any trend that eliminates staff is basically un American in spirit.Henry ford paid his employees better than average so that they could buy and promote his cars. Rip out the self service kiosks hire enough employees to staff your stores, fire some directors to pay for it.

Great store, extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff!

The store is always clean and neat, the employees are always asking if you need help in finding everything you need. The store is packed with so many useful products. My daughter works out of town but comes in town once a month and this is the Home Depot that we use since I live in this area. We like Home Depot a lot.

The customer service assistance was excellent and I appreciated Matthew taking so much time to help solve my issue.

Every associate I encountered was helpful and friendly and knowledgeable! I was pleasantly surprised and will be back.

I purchased a floor model Gazebo on 8/29 from the 22nd Ave South HD. When I went back to pick it up I was told that it had been sold again to another person by mistake. I asked to have it replaced with another gazebo and was told all they could do was give my money back. When pressed, I was offered a $50 gift card. It's now 1/14/20 4.5 months later and still no refund. I went back to the store and explained to floor manager that I had not received the refund to my CC or the gift card as promised. I was told that to much time had passed and that I could only receive a HD gift card for my refund and that it would take 6 to 8 weeks to receive the additional $50 gift card from Atlanta. They did offer to give me a $50 discount if I made another purchase. I don't understand why Home Depot would choose to lose a long time customer rather than honor the purchase agreement that they originally made. Why should I be forced to make an additional purchase to get my money back on a deal they dropped the ball on and would not honor??

The young lady in the tool department was very helpful. I had an old Ryobi drill and needed a new battery. Was surprised to find that you didn’t carry them but it could be ordered on line. She suggested the purchase of the new Ryobi drill as that would be a better buy than ordering a new battery for my old drill. The cost would not be much more and the purchase included a battery. Was very impressed with the knowledge and kindness of your employees.G

I am with local 824 union and we volunteer every year and this year we chose a women's crisis center. I was in the painting department and told Mitch that i had no idea what tools I needed. Mitch quickly guided me thru his department and helped me choose all the items I needed. He patiently answered my questions. Great all around customer service.

when asking about the small window air conditioners -the store agent (-in store)--wasvery helpful--much more than the store clerks that we tried to get answers from-(by phone in that dept-?) before we drove 17 miles to buy a small unit !

This store is a busy one! You can find almost anything you need for your home.As with any store, there's always room for improvement, but I can say you'll leave satisfied!!
