Mary is a cashier and when the loader was not available, she helped load my fencing materials into my truck. She was awesome.

Ms. Masie was a wonderful deLIGHT ;) to the end to my unpleasant shopping experience in the lighting department, the gentleman who clearly wanted to ignore me and not help me out, shout out to you to sir! may you find the light.

I shop this location every morning. Thanks to Melissa I have always had an excellent experience. She’s a true pleasure. Keep it up 22nd Ave.

This was a better shopping experience because of Shane in customer service. Shane is top tier human. He was knowledgeable of rules and procedures and efficient at his job. He was courteous and considerate. He was clear and concise when giving directions to assist with my return. Thank you Shane. They need more of you in all shopping and service experiences. Shane is the reason I prefer human contact over technological advancements in the shopping experience! Great job human person Shane.

I come on a regular basis and everyone is always attentive of my needs and very helpful staff . Deseray from customer service always look out for me .

During our shopping trip Home Depot on 22nd Av No in St Pete a young lady assisting me noticed my wife was getting ill. She took the time to assist my wife and once sure she was ok, she returned to her job. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name, but I am grateful for her alertness, concern and fantastic customer service!!!

Takes a bit to get security device off items, since they have very few removers that werent missing. It is obvious that most were stolen, since the cords on alot seemed to be cut

I needed some very specific shelving which I drew out to make it the very best. Bruce assisted me and as we spoke he helped me totally rethink my project and he was very kind trying to make his smarts my ideal. Barbara in customer service was Incredible, very warm and knowledgeable. I just wanted to have her over for dinner with my family. I'm not sure how these words reach you but let me say Bruce and Barbara must own this store. I've never seen a person working for someone else put that much dedication into their work. WOW

Melissa helped me exchange my item and her attitude was absolutely great very positive and welcoming and very fast and efficent

Because I had awsome help from the tile department from Christopher Ambrose.He helped me choose the correct tile and gave me great idea great help with my project very efficient he followed by calling and checking that i found everything i needed.I was short some tiles and he called me to let me know more came in. He brought my stress level down by being so helpful and patient.

I broke my pledge not to shop at Home Depot and was reminded why. Went into the garden center and met the rudest employee.

Employee I asked to help me lift the ac over my bumper and load into car told me not to help her then she cartwheeled my ac into the car landing upside down. She then told me how the Marines taught her to use her brain not her arm muscles. To which I replied that ACs are not supposed to be upside down. She replied just wait 24 hours after installing it to use. Well this is August in Florida and it's my 80 year old father's only AC unit. He's in poor health. He was previously on life support for a few months a few years ago and survived even though the doctors thought their was no hope. Now he has his own home. This was unnecessary. It would have been so easy for us to lift the AC on each side and place neatly inside. On apositive note the customer service cashier, Samantha, that checked me out was very pleasant.

I was misinformed about an item which I wanted to purchase I had called about, once I arrived to purchase it there was an issue. Scott the manager and Sophia helped solve the issue and I am thankful as I made a special trip to this location for this item, it’s nice to know that they actually understood and cared about what had happened. I will definitely recommend this store location.
