This Home Depot location have the best employee ever. They are wonderful people that’s always willing to help find items you’re looking for with a smile.

To keep it simple. This is the one that I go to even if I'm near the 1 across town. I go to the Store.

Been shopping here since 2007. Customer service has declined to the point where i don't return anything anymore. Always rude condescending remarks. Try to find help that's a joke. Employee talking but can not stop to help.

There are never enough employees. I was there and self checkout wasn't open because no one was there to oversee the customers doing the work. One mamager was working a register and honestly you should just hire a 3 year old to do it next time.

Staff need to be trained how to deal with the customer

Come on Home Depot St Pete hire some more help during these trying times for our area. Get some inventory in. You have been out of soffit since the storms. No way to order ahead anymore. Only a few registers open 20+ people in line. No carts, no parking. The online stock never matches what is in the store. Store is a zoo. You need more employees.

I shop at my local Home Depot at Least twice a week and it is understaffed. Always has been but really bad now with holiday and tourist season in full swing. This happens every year.

They returned my paid for, will-call plywood to the floor 2 days before Milton. No explanation other than they changed their minds about allowing will call. I had NO plywood and had to pay not only the handyman I had contracted to cover my windows,,, also had to pay an exorbitant amount to a person who had plywood available. Asst manager would not accept responsibility or make any effort to apologize ot make the situation better by offering to cover my additional costs. Very rude man. I'll never spend another dime with Home Depot

In the days leading up to Hurricane Irma in Naples, resources and supplies were scarce. People were panicking. Home Depot knew they had more supplies coming. And they did, just in time. I had everything I needed to ride out the storm and to live a couple of weeks without power. In St. Pete, they were even more prepared for Hurricane Milton. The parking lot was completely full and there were a lot of lines but there were also a lot of employees that were knowledgeable and helpful and the lines moved fast. I was shocked that I got everything I needed, even the items that typically sun out of before a storm. It would be a waste of time to go anywhere else. HD never ceases to impress me!

Don't go to HD for custom windows and doors. They don't want your business.

I've Shopped Home Depot for almost 20 yr. Tried others, keep going back to Home Depot.

Does not accept tap and pay or Apple Pay. I don’t carry cash or cards anymore. Will only go if planned no more quick stops.

Very little staff available and almost exclusively self checkout now. You might as well shop online. Or elsewhere.

Bill is the man over in the irrigation area always helpful and going to make sure you get what you need.

Went looking for flowers and found tons of them - wish I could have bought one of each - lol

CSR Marsha handled a somewhat difficult request efficiently and effectively, making sure that my needs were met throughout the process. Her professionalism and courtesy shine a positive light on store 257

There was NO URGENCY in getting a customers wallet bsck to him and he was probably in the store. NO announce even though I requested it. I was treated like I was invisible. They took the lost item and walked away

We have been working with a kitchen designer to create our kitchen. Our designer has been accommodating, insightful and informative. Great experience with this aspect of HD!

I am happy to say the sales amanger at the store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. His assistant along with the employees he engaged to help us was very refreshing and I was happy to choose this store for my home repair needs PS…one if the best garden centers!!

Everyone is always so helpful at this Home Depot and this store always has more than the others. We purchase good amount of landscaping supplies and Doug in that department is so helpful. He goes above and beyond to help us.

Ever had a problem with returning an item to a store. This Home Depot and Harold, the customer service gentleman, made the process easy and pleasant. I couldn't have been more pleased and can only give Harold 5 stars for his demeanor.

My bathroom is being re-modelled. The salesperson of Home Depot turned a real nervous situation into a new and exciting adventure! Upon my arrival by appointment, they knew my name before I introduced myself. The salesman was creative and very knowledgeable regarding the choices I made for the most desirable out come. He easily answered questions and explained my options. He was most honest and operated with great integrity and charm. I highly recommend Home Depot.

I had the pleasure of working with Sam in appliances today. She was wonderful! I needed a dryer and she was able to help me pick the perfect one out, set me up for delivery/install and also remind me of the other parts I needed for the install. Sam was so pleasant to work with.
