Very poor service. No one seems to know anything about the products they are selling or how to use them. I can never get help unless its a holiday or the weekend, which it seems they have more people on the floor. I recommend this store if you know what you need and don't need anyone to help you. I have shopped in the Home Depot stores since they placed the first one on Ulmerton Rd. many years ago. they had excellent employees then. They had Master craftsmen in their fields to help you. Now you have employees they know a little. I have to buy many things on line as you don't have them there. What your store gave me was a sense of help. A place I could go and have my questions answered so I could do the job. I don't find that anymore.

Very nice store, only problem is that it is so popular it is hard to find a parking place and fight your way through the crowd. They must be doing something right!!!

I love shopping at this location. Everyone us always so friendly and helpful.

Manager doesn't know how to treat customers...…..

Associates in Tool Rental are very friendly and very knowledgeable,they asked questions to understand the project in order to rent the right tool ,me and my dad were very impressed by the entire team in Tool Rental, my dad left the store very please due that he was able to communicate and explained what he was doing and what he need it in Spanish ,Ana she was the associate that help us the soonest she realize that my dad didn’t speak any English she start talking in Spanish to him ,was a really nice experience .For my dad specially that because of the barrier of language can be hard to communicate.The customer service we got today was outstanding thanks to Associate like Ana and the rest of the associate that really take care customers .Thank you .

I went in looking for garbage disposal cleaner. A young man working in the front of the store told me I would find that in aisle 2. I was halfway down that aisle, not finding it and suddenly the same young man came hurrying down the aisle to tell me he was wrong, and that the item would be in aisle 28, plumbing. I was so impressed with him going to that trouble to come after me and point me in the right direction. I went to aisle 28 and still could not find the item. Another worker saw me wandering around, came over and offered to help me. The item actually was in another area. He walked with me and found what I needed. I was so tired, and these two men just made my visit so much easier. I will visit the store tomorrow and try to identify them to the manager. Thank you...

Store was clean.

Don't go here for mulch if you are an older woman who will need help loading. They would not help me. The associates were friendly enough but not helpful AT ALL>

Great employees! Fantastic experience!

I've shopped here for YEARS; since they first opened on 22nd Avenue, actually. Friendly and knowledgeable associates willing to help (many have gone above an beyond, IMHO.) AND they have actual cashiers!! (Though they do have self check out, as well). Fast, efficient, professional.

All store employees that i encounter daily are great. Always fast and courteous service.

This very busy store handles customer traffic with ease and its employees are eager to help with whatever your project is - big or small. The store is well-stocked and easy to get in an out of quickly. With plenty of parking and a great location, it should be the go-to place for all household maintenance and decoration needs.

Never have I went to this store and was told what I went for was not there

The store was well stocked. The staff was details/facts regarding product, were friendly, and helpful. Unlike a close by competitor, they follow thru with their promises!

Excellent service, well-informed associates, excellent selection of products including plants, tools, renovation products. Clean, neat, and the best customer service in town! I always find shopping at THIS particular Home Depot in the area superior to other stores.

A hammer is a hammer you can buy almost anywhere... But the staff at this Home Depot are fantastic. They listen, they suggest, they educate and they truly want to help you. While I was loading up my items a staff member approached and assisted which saved me another ten minutes of my sweat and time.

We had 5 or 6 bags of merchandise, by mistake we left a bag with ALL the screws at the register. Plenty of plywood and 2 x 4 yet no screws. An hour later we realized what had happened and drove back. At Home Depot we asked Renee "Did we left a bag with screws and nails?" and she said "Here they are; I have been holding those for you guys. Thank you for shopping with us!" Thank You Home Depot for the quality of people you hire and their honesty towards us vendors/clients. We will continue to shop at your Store number 0257 on 22nd avenue North

CiCi you are one awesome lady. Thanks for the old fashioned customer service. I can tell customer service guidelines have tightened up over the years. It has always been good, but today it was GREAT!!

The employees are friendly and help to find items fast, also it is easy check out. super clean and organize also stock item on shelf.

Never had a bad experience at this store until today ( 6/20/18) then it all changed at the returns desk with a lady named Sammy J who lacks personality or knowledge to work in this area. Then to be talked to the way i was by Brandon ( D-31-DH) is so wrong! I am the customer!! They both need to be FIRED. Next I am calling in the local news! racial profiling!!

one of the neat things about my store is we have a hot dog vendor right in front of the store. So after running around the store you can take a break have a hot dog and coke rest up and get right back in there.

The store was clean and well stocked. There were employees available thoughout the store that were available to answer questions, and guide people to the section of the store that they were looking for. I found the employees were very quick to notice when someone needed help.

Excellent store on every count. I really loved it when it was 24hrs, especially when a water heater explodes in the middle of the night. This location has the best food vendor of all the Tampa Bay locations. I drive out of my way to go there for a "Chicago Dog" even if I'm not in need of buying anything.

Going into this store knowing very little about what I was doing. Steven in the Paint department was very friendly and knowledgeable and totally changed my experience!

Great staff and customer service. Everyone is always so helpful and courteous . I always find everything I came to purchase. The shelves are always stocked and the store is always neat and orderly.
