I bought three of these bath mats and they look fabulous in my bathroom!⭐️

I bought some wall tiles .. Morris from the flooring department is extremely helpful.

Convenient and reliable.

St Thomas Home Depot needs to be better stocked. Online showing numerous items in stock ,but the items are not on the shelves. Either the employees do not restock the shelves or the items are sitting in the back of the warehouse. The plant department NEEDS improvement. I would like to see decent sales like the Home Depots on the mainland. The shopping carts are worn,discolored and rusted.

I really think the whole experience is getting better there used to be times you couldn’t find any help. Isle after isle

I bought a few Items in the past couple of months from Home Depot, and I have always received great customer service every time I shop there.

I trust shopping at HDX than anywhere else.

The store is in a convenient and great location. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Don't expect to be asked 'if ICan help you'. Lucky enough to get the attention of an employee from their cell phones. If other choices of stores, this wouldn't be my first choice.

There needs to be an attendant that you can find in each department. Most times customers cannot find an attendant in that department. More floor attendants are needed

Don't think corporate is focusing enough funding at one of their most profitable locations on continuing employee training. I witnessed an associate conducting their corporate training at the computer screen within the Returns area. Why isn't there a HR space designed for training?

donot buy here they will harass you with emails, they donot trust that you buy because of the good quality and services

I have been satisfied with all my purchases thus far, except a DeWalt radio that stopped working, and I was not given asdistance with it's return or exchange.

I love Home Depot St. Thomas, VI, it has a great customer service experience.

Employees are helpful and friendly

Most of the time the store is low in supplies. Some products have warranty in the United States but not for the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. (Windows, tools, gardening tools, etc.) It doesn’t stop them from selling these items. Also , appliances take forever to be repaired and there is no call back. Delivery of appliances is curbside so what should an elderly or disabled person do ? This is criminal to say the least.

Customer Service area gets better all the time. Even the youngest was so helpful and recognized me as a valued customer!

Assistants seem to be always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable

This store is poorly stocked on a regular basis. Over supply on some items and under supply on others. Resupply is poor . Also many products are not tested for quality and you end up throwing them away.

Every one that has helped us has been very service oriented and pleasant.. Khadijah in lumber the both Rosie’s in Gardening and tonight I didn’t get the manager’s name but she didn’t stop until she got all the tiles we needed off the top she’ll with the forklift help… cuddles to all the great help we have been getting in St.Thomas Home Depot…

Store is always clean and well kept. Hi sis, on some items are comparable to those in the states. Store manager, Mr. Thompson is the consummate professional. Unfortunately, there are a few bad apples with very, very poor attitudes and dispositions. However, I would not let those experiences negatively impact those employees who doing their jobs well.

Employees at this location know where their products are!! Return and check out is always pleasant and very helpful. On a hot or rainy days and you don’t have AC, it’s the best place to go to col off or stay dry while shopping whether you buy something or not.

Everything I need for home is there inside and outside

i bought items yesterday and today and i am very satisfied with what i purchased
