Convenient is key and I can always count on this store

This was a most convenient shop. I ordered my item online and within 24 hours the item was ready for pickup. Very impressed - I will certainly be ordering more in this way.

The store is always clean and I enjoy the shopping experience most of the time. More floor employees required to assist in getting hard to find products in quick time.

Had a excellent experience the associates were helpful and I'm very satisfied.

If you can, stay away from the lumber department. Order ahead, you'll get little to no help because they are on a forklift loading concrete or packing up lumber. Then you'll have to wait for a manager to find them, and then wait again for them to get off the for lift, and the manager then disappears too. When you do get help, prepare to be sarcastically insulted to some degree.

My recommendation is to train your employees to not be rude, and to provide some friendly customer service. Typical Home Depot store and products, but with some of the rudest employees you will ever find in all Home Depots anywhere. The St Croix Home Depot has much friendlier and helpful staff. I don’t know what makes employees in this store so unhappy that they are consistently rude?

It's my toy store. Very clean, supply turn around is good, employees are very willing and helpful. Some times they go out of their way. Always courteous which is big for me. Great store.

This store does not manage inventory well. The quantities never match the HD App. The curtain rods department seems neglected and the same for the floor mats. It is very annoying to search, purchase and expect items only to be called and told half of your order is not available. Fix this HD!

We love our Home Depot!! They have saved us, many times over, especially since the hurricanes of 2017. The staff has never been anything but helpful, courteous, and held up well under the pressure. Kudos!!

I was greeted at the door and a Sales Associate assisted me with finding the items that I need for construction. The overall experience was quick and easy and the Sales Associate was friendly and helpful. The store was clean and well lit.

You kind of have to know someone who works here to get any help, otherwise hopefully you better know the item or materials you want to purchase.

I like the fact that Home Depot is in the home improvement business and they are honestly providing the highest level of service, their prices are affordable and they do have the widest selection of products in St. Thomas. Indeed it's my one-stop store. The store is always clean, the shelves are always well organized and stocked to capacity, The associates are friendly and helpful. Customer service is a plus! The store is excellent except for a time recently when a security guard grabbed me by the arm while talking to my friend. I was purchasing a ladder. She let go of my arm right away, but mentioned to my friend that she came over there because of me, as though I was a criminal. (I was moving the ladders around to select one that wasn't noticeably scratched or dented). Then she escorted me and my friend to the cashier. I have a Master's degree, and I own a sis unit apartment building. I also own a home that I'm currently renovating. I hire plumbers, electricians, masons, and laborers. I visit Home Depot regularly, at least 4 times a week. I spend an average of about $500. a month at home depot. There was no cause for me to be treated in that manner. If I thought it would make a difference, I would have reported the incident to a manager. But here it is! Hopefully someone here would address the matter.

The store is well kept and for the most part the staff is Very Friendly.

The associates are willing to help, and provide excellent services. In spite of the demand, they gave warm smiles and make themselves available to assist. It’s the only Home Depot in St. Thomas, USVI. Please help the store remain stocked up. The Island is rebuilding after two major hurricanes, the products can’t get there fast enough. Blessings!

I have always have recieved good customer service from home depot associates..am not trying to be bias but i only deal with the old associates before the hurricanes associates like tamika, shawna, neffy and the big guy matthias these are my people also the manager Nika very knowledgeable.

The strong benefit from this store is how much attention the worker pay to the customers. They go out of there way to please. They don't even want a tip.

Got what I needed to done. Wish there was a greater variety and more help from employees.
