In comparison to other locations and other retailers, this location was kept very cleanly and neat, with little-to-no clutter. Additionally, the staff were very pleasant in their greetings, and throughout the entire checkout process.

I had to return four tremendous boxes. Angelina in returns was so very helpful and friendly. When we went to aisle to purchase items we were met by George. He not only asked if we needed help but was smiling through every question, unpacking item so we could check for damage & repackaged for transport. They were GREAT!!!

Going to Home Depot is usually a job in its self...The Appliance Specialist made my experience pleasurable and I will be sure to tell my family and friends to go see her when in need of new home appliances..

I was in last week and had to return some lumber--it was great to have it taken care right away, then I had some shopping to do, as i am redoing an apartment. Each and every associate deserves a standing ovation--as I am not the best in understanding what I need--even with a list given to me by my contractor--this was great and the assistance to help was right away. Check out had another great employee Aja assisting me, and her smile was nice to see....thank y'all for making my visit soooo nice.

Would basically recommend the store because it has a slight advantage over Lowes and it is the closest in our area but the store needs improvement the lack of associates is a problem and the wait time is just as bad or worse

As a businessman, to find an employee that goes the extra mile for the customers is important--and your cashier Nicole made my day--the store is the store, but to put a smile on my face when checking out--has me coming back......I don't know if she will ever get this compliment, but if you do contact her--I was the guy who dropped my credit card. Went to Lowes to purchase a new garage door, waited for assistance, but no one was available. We decided to go to Home Depot. We went back to the garage doors and within a minute an associate appeared to help us with the garage door. She took us step by step from size, color, design, insulation rating, helped us choose a garage door opener. Marion even helped us get the Home Depot credit card where we received 6 months no interest. Great experience!
