I go to a lot of different Home Depot’s and this branch seems to be the best managed. Very clean, friendly/helpful employees, easy to get in and out of with what I need.

Came to Home Depot to purchase a Washer and Dryer. The Associate helped with the selection of a Whirlpool Washer WTW6157PW and Whirlpool Dryer WGD6150PW - purchased both while there. Have had success with Sugarland Home Depot with Whirlpool products before so continued doing business there.

This store just doesn’t have knowledgeable people there most of the time. And they are never around to lend help Yesterday I purchased plain clay pots today I found them at a different chain store for half the price and they weren’t on sale. That’s a lot

What a waste of time! STAY AWAY!!!

This store is near my office and is consistently one of the cleanest stores in the area. My measurement is simple, I use a lot of nuts and bolts for projects and when I can go to that aisle and grab what I need, it’s always in the right location and well maintained. This last trip I was greeted and interacted with 3 associates, although I did not need help this trip. Cashier was friendly and outgoing, asked if I got everything and then thanked me.

I needed a new refrigerator and the Appliance Specialist PASTORA HAMILTON provided exemplary customer service!!! Ms. Hamilton guided me alone and answered all my questions. I bought a GE refrigerator at a fantastic cost, free delivery and 12 months interest free using my HOME DEPOT CREDIT CARD. I highly recommend this location and staff.

All the employees are friendly and helpful. I would like to thank each and every one of them.

My husband and I bought a Christmas tree at this location. There were lots of problems such as a yelling, angry employee, the checkout line was too long because it was understaffed and the two young employees assigned to making new cuts and bagging up the trees were completely clueless. The girl cutting the trunks of the trees fouled them and cut one tree three times because she cut it crooked (she obviously was not proficient with the chainsaw). After seeing a customer being really upset because her tree was much shorter than was necessary, we decided to cut our own tree. Also, when it was our turn for assistance, in bagging up the tree with orange netting, the netting machine ran out of netting. A woman carrying a newborn tried to help, but my husband and I (senior citizens and veterans) eventually loaded the machine ourselves while the young employees just stood there dumbfounded. Along with those errors, we noticed no one greeted us, no one helped us select the tree or lug it to the back of the garden center, transport it to our vehicle, provide twine or assist in lashing the tree to the roof of our vehicle. It was just very disappointing service overall. We spent over $100.00 for that Christmas tree and we just felt that that this store could have definitely done better in the areas of customer service and proper training of its employees.

It was so nice to be greeted enthusiastically, and employees exhibiting an attitude of caring about the customer and their job! Keep up the positive attitude!!

Great job by the HD rep in selling us a washer and drier. But how did my contact information end up in the hands of a 3rd party who contacted me via email and text claiming HD said I may need their services?

I've purchased these wooden picnic tables before. They're very sturdy and long lasting. I will buy them again when needed.

I have talked to 3 different store managers in past 9 years to get more reserved parking for handicap people. They have 2 in front of store. The Missouri city store has over 10. The managers seemed to fiorget to check

When I had purchased my recirculating pump for my hot water, I opened the box up inside the store and it was missing the hoses and valve. When I found out I told my self check out person and they told me to go to returns. I did, the person that was assisting me at returns got it right away and returns my money with out questioning why. B R A V O. Great job

It is so nice to see customer service back in any store but when we walked into this HD we were asked by many if we needed help. Please keep it up HD. Human interaction, especially in hardware stores, is importantl for some of us that aren’t very DIY kind of people,

I needed to fix some fallen grout areas in my guest bathroom. Pam was working the isle and was great at helping me find just what I needed. She didn't push a larger quantity of the grout, but the perfect size for the job.

I shop here often and love the friendliness of the staff.
