I can't believe this is happening in America, I paid over $4000 for floor installation to this store, I have a receipt and a proof of payment but they said they can't see it on their system! They blame the third party, I paid HD not any third party. This is the worst experience I've ever had. Stay away from this location, it is like a circus ran by clowns.

My shopping experience was the worst I've ever experienced at Home Depot for 70% of the time that I was in there. The shelving stock was very low in multiple departments, but there was stock in the storage above which is why I had to ask for assistance. The greeter called multiple time for someone to come help me, but after 15 minutes of me standing there he decided to do it himself. I needed new batteries for my Ryobi because all 5 of my batteries had burned out in the past couple of years. I asked again for help, but the gentleman said he was unable to unlock the batteries, so he'd get someone to help. 10 minutes later I'm still standing there, so I approached a manager to ask for assistance. Pam Barksdale was very quick to get someone to help retrieve the shelved items. The gentleman, Gil Hinton, that showed up was very helpful and knowledgeable to get the correct door knobs with the same key configuration. After, I asked if he could help with the batteries and he was about to find me the dual pack I needed, and restock the shelf. He gave me his card and told me to call him if I had an issue with finding help next time. Pam and her team were helpful when checking out, so I asked for her card as well. I was very close to walking out of the store instead of spending over $1000.00, but those 2 employees helped change my mind.

It's a pretty good store. I've been to better ones. Workers are fairly competent and polite. Lines are not too long.

The Sugar Land location on Williams Trace has always been my go-to home improvement store. This location has more convenient parking and overall better lay-out compared to other Home Depot locations.

Yes, this is Home Depot. Yes, there are ten in driving distance. Yes, the other (blue) box is near. This store and location consistently has what you need - if you don't need something specialized. This store is clean, and employs friendly, knowledgeable staff. Veterans can get their discount here.

Robert, the store manager on duty , is a true professional. When called to resolve an issue that I had, he promptly arrived, listened to the problem, resolved it, and used the incident as a teachable moment for his employees. True customer service!!!

Is the closet to my home

Despite being overwhelmed during the Christmas shopping season, employees were friendly and very helpful. There are closer HD stores to my home, but this one always seems to be well stocked and I have never left without something I needed. Super convenient location for out of towners too.

There is very little attention paid to people wearing a mask. For that matter, some of the employees didn't wear their mask correctly. To the employee that wore his mask over his chin, that is not correct. As the corona virus cases are increasing, it would be nice if Home Depot took it seriously.
