Workers often TAKE me to the aisle AND bay where the product is located. The variety of products is excellent, but I often don't know which is the best for my application, and get good advice AS WELL as hints on how to install. It's helpful to take in the old part which may no longer be made, and get good advice on a substitute replacement.

I love the Surprise Home Depot, rarely do I have to go anywhere else, they have all I need.

I have been shopping at the Surprise, AZ store for the past five-years and will say that it is the most high-volume HD that I have ever been in! Yet, for all of that, the staff there is great. Each time I go there, several Associates will stop me in an isle to ask if I have any questions or need help finding something. Since I always have a fair amount to check out, I normally use the contractor checkout station. Vivia and Sarah make my day. They are always in a good mood and seem genuinely interested in their customers. Great store…

Jake & Zoey in the Garden Department were excellent helping me with pavers and matching another store’s sale price. Friendly young man cashier too- in garden.

I was told by an associate that their company focus is on helping and engaging with customers. I was impressed that associates take the time to not only help, but to have a friendly chat.

Bought a toilet tank only figuring that they were all alike. Wrong the bolt pattern didnt match so I ordered a whole complete toilet online for curbside pick up. When I returned the tank Karen cheerfully refunded my money and even though I had left my curbside pickup paperwork in the truck she was able to look up and pull my order. On the way out of the store at least 2 employees asked if I needed help loading my purchase. Great service!

I bought the husky 50 inch cutting guide. The online price was listed for less than the price in the store. Product works alright .

David walked me to the automotive supplies since I was having a hard time finding them which was very kind. Shawn helped us in plumbing and gave great suggestions. Finally, our cashier Denise was very courteous, kind, efficient, and very patient. To top off the trip to Home Depot we had the greatest employee, I believe his name was Joe ? He loaded everything in to our vehicle and was also so kind and helpful. This Store is Top Notch from the time you arrive until the time you leave. Thank You

Home Depot at Bell Rd in Surprise is the best. Patti in customer service webt above and beyond to help us purchase the gazebo we wanted. She did the research for us to compare prices and we did end up getting the gazebo from Home Depot.

We specifically go to the Surprise, location due excellent customer service from an employee, Kaylah. She’s not only the best at the location in Surprise, she’s the best at any Home Depot we’ve ever been to. She is honest and cares about the customers. She’s a rare employee during these times.

i went to get checked out by the cashier diana. she asked and i responded no thank you to a credit card but she wouldnt take a no and continued asking delaying me getting checked out so after the 3rd time of me finally being stern saying no thank you i dont need or want it. she got upset and it was clear in her facial expressions then as i normally choose to have my receipt emailed to me she noticed me going to choose that option and then she cleared the screen quickly and i didnt get to have it emailed. i looked at diana as she had a smirk that said now you dont get what you wanted either. i was extremely disappointed in this passive aggressive behavior of diana. i will refuse any service from her from now on and go with anyone else from now on because of her poor customer service and acting like a child especially behaving in that manner in front of my 6yr old and my toddler.

I do not know if all of you reading this have seen and experienced the decline in customer service. Especially in the age of Covid and the aftermath of Covid. We as consumers are more commonly expected to put up with the lack of employees available to assist us as consumers in more situations than ever before. So when an experience happens where you as a consumer are met with old school customer service like our Grandparents knew to expect from any business wanting their money and or endorsement...This makes us stand up and take notice! Our local Home Depot has returned to that standard of care. Dave, Kim, Mark and Karen made this a memorable day. We enjoy shopping again! Thank you Home Depot for hiring excellent people who care about customer service and satisfaction. We will enjoy coming back for all our future project needs.

Never employees in departments, rude when asked questions, want you to pay an additional $67 just to get a better window of time ( asked morning or afternoon delivery) than sometime between 6AM and 8PM.

Jenna Holt should be commended for providing outstanding customer service and follow through. Jenna did a great job helping me with an issue and I wanted to take the time to make sure somebody acknowledged her efforts within your company. I’ve worked in the service industry, my entire life, and unfortunately, in today’s world service doesn’t appear to be as high on the priority, as it once was but Jenna knows what customer service looks like and isn’t afraid to go above and beyond. Thank you very much Jenna Holt.

So far I have experienced great service with every sales person at this store.

I had to run into Home Depot for some home improvement things such as; lights fixtures, bracket to hang curtains and other things. Norm took the time to help me find almost everything on my list, I already had the light fixtures in my cart. He helped me find everything after that and joke with me and my kiddo the entire time!! Sabrina helped check us out and kept up the wonderful experience while we checked out. My kiddo has agreed to go shopping with me more often because of this!!!

The products that I have purchased have been of very good quality. From paint, plumbing, gardening, and more, I am a satisfied customer.

Had another successful Depot trip! Amazing deals on a chop saw and a fridge.

I purchased 2 water heaters across the street and needed to return both due to damage that was not visible, Large Dents on tank(s) with no visible damage to box. They did not have any more in stock. Went to Home Depot and they had 22 in stock. I had it installed and working within the HOUR :)
