As the owner of Salon Studio Suites, I’ve received great service for the past 18 years.

placed an order that was due on 5/1, never received a call and the product had never even been shipped. took forever to try and cancel it. when i went to the store to inquire the manager would not even come to the service desk.

I have shopped here for lock replacements, water heaters, mulch, siding and accessories to name a few. The personnel on the floor have been very helpful. There are times I have had to return items purchased because they were the wrong items, but that's alright. I have run into the same people who assisted me, and they remember me and ask if the item/s worked? I like that they go the extra mile in assisting me.

No military discount on lumber!!! Why?

Appliances are great price . Other stuff like paper towels ect are overpriced.

Since I never went there you are using a reference to me shopping there is an infringement of my person

Took 2 people to cut wire, and the one that "Knew how" didn't. Prices on tags were wrong at checkout. Forklifts driving through checkout lanes instead of going where there weren't people.

I went to buy a microwave. A gentleman named Jesse helped me. He is a great Home Depot ambassador for you !!!!

Dishwasher was suppose to arrive 10-24. I was emailed that delivery wld be on 10-25 between 7a-11a. Was NEVER CONTACTED by Home Depot to tell me dishwasher was not in stock and next delivery wld be 10-30. This is unacceptable and I have cancelled the order for the dishwasher and will be purchasing it from another retailer

I have purchased products for lawn and garden projects, appliances, hardware, lumber and many other things as needed. I have continuously ran into nice people who work in this store and continue to go there. I know the manager, the assistant managers, and many other people who work in this store.

Our cashier did not seem to want to work there. She was incredibly hostile, rude, and does not know how to speak to customers who treat her with nothing but kindness and respect. I had to at first ask her to not speak to me in a condescending, disrespectful way. I then had to directly tell her to not speak to me as if I was a child, as I was asking a simple question.

Maria, appliance specialist, did an awesome job. She had very high-quality knowledge about the appliances and solved the issue very quickly. I am very satisfied with the service provided. I purchased a GE downdraft cooktop and LG ventless watchtower, and she was extremely helpful all the way.

The staff at this store (1754) always provides great customer service.

His name was Bashar i believe. He is the one that helped me on my trip there. Most Definitely will go back and again and wish that Bashar will help me again.

Home Depot carries some of the best items we need and style of products we love. But as far as service goes with the employees that work at this location, they made us part of their family. It's so nice and fun going there. They ALWAYS help to us with everything...

I bought supplies for a small project and the employees helped me find all the products and the cashier provided technical support in finding our promo code.

The store has great items in stocks Sturdy plants. and pretty much everything usually is well stocked. Courteous staff and helpful recommendations and very knowledgeable about various products. The store is clean and well kept. A reliable and interesting place to go. Keep up the good work.
