Generally I usually think Home Depot employees really don't know much about where anything is and if you have three employees they send you three different directions. Well not today. I dealt with a employee that goes by the name of Nel not only is she a woman but she is the most informed employee and friendliest employee I have dealt with a long time. Home Depot you outdid yourself when you hired this lady good job Nel and thank you for acting like you actually care about the customers.

Home Depot needs to sell things, not Politics

My Suwanee Home Depot has the very nicest and most polite people there. I have been coming for many years, and always have a great time. I have completed many huge projects over the past 5 years, so I could stop working so hard by age 75, which will happen this month. I Made It! My back yard is gorgeous in the spring and summer, with hundreds of terra cotta paving squares coving the bulk of the yard... no more mowing! Beautiful flowering shrubs and trees surround it. This past winter I added a patio in the front yard, of 16" squares as the very old azealeas died suddenly... very old. The front is landscaped in Arborvitae evergreens in groups which makes it the most beautiful yard in the neighborhood. My neighbors have stepped up their game and we are looking good! This season I hope to add outdoor furniture, my glider is getting old, and so am I, so I need it. hahaha I do still miss young Mr. Adams who was the manager a few years ago, but I always spend lots of time here and get to know people. He was amazing and remembered people very well! I also really enjoy the custom window covering department, your rep there is very knowledgeable and has talked me into a gorgeous covering for a huge window. I am excited. Also need a dishwasher, so looking forward to that. I love my Home Depot. Best Plant Department anywhere! People drive into my driveway to see beyond the 16 Arborvitae evergreens in the front yard. Those trees alone have brought me many wonderful friends! I keep the tags on all plants to I can pass them along to friends and neighbors. This morning I replanted the mail box area. Beautiful! My Suwanee HD is my second home!

Heather rocks in this store! Went out of her way to help me pick out tile trim.

Lisa was the nicest person to me and helped me find everything I was looking for. Will return to this store just bc of her. Thank you Lisa for being such a good person!

Had a great visit today in Suwanee. Actually had 3 employees go out of their way to help today. I only got 2 names- Anita and TJ but they were awesome. Will definitely keep shopping at the Suwanee HD.

The Pro Desk at this location is by far the best I have dealt with at any Home Depot. They have the best and most helpful sales reps with Nel and Nina in command. Please do not ever move them to another location because it would make my life exponentially more difficult

This store more times than not has the items I need in stock. The employees in general are very helpful and friendly compared to other Home Depot stores I have visited.

Liz in the paint department is rude and not very helpful. She definitely need lots of customer service training as soon as possible.

Store had everything I needed and I was asked twice by associates if I needed any help. I told them "thank you, but I was alright". I felt very welcomed in the store.

Nice and clean store, I have almost always been able to find what I need. Mostly employees are helpful, but Mr. Bashar stands out. He goes above and beyond in helping the customers and making the shopping experience pleasant.

Store is always clean, they always have what you’re looking for are at mediately try to find it. No long lines at cashier counter I always tell people to come to the store

As I stated in the survey, Cameron, Malik and Marie were outstanding. The service was above expectations. They found the products. They got me checked out ever thought the two register's were not cooperating. The store was clean. The associates made me feel at home when they got me a black rocker for my wait on AAA. I could have sold some rockers because people kept asking me if I was working.

The employees are awesome especially one of the cashiers , Mr. Lee . He is always happy and gets you out of the store quickly l! The store is always stocked with supplies to keep your home healthy and clean !

I was greeted with a courteous associate, Bashar, today during checkout. He was working hard to keep the checkout area tidy/moving smoothly, and showed excellent customer care. I appreciate Bashar for asking whether my family/I were assisted during our time at the store. He was very polite and professional. Is a very clean store and I love shopping there There are very helpful associates at the checkout . A cashier named Lori always does my days shopping there much easier and happy!!!

Excellent customer service! I was helped immediately and this made the purchase of a major appliance very easy and quick. The store was clean and all employees were wearing mask. The employee who helped me (Bryan F.) was very friendly and helpful. He offered to help me without me having to search for anyone and he helped me through the entire process from measuring the appliance to completing the purchase.

Because of two guys, James and Eric, I am on a high for Home Depot #1754. These guys are teachers. They train you on how to find things even thought workers are there. This is great because then you can come to the real workers with your options .They guys explained every step of how I need to maintain my chain saw. And they fixed it. They showed me how to recognize problems and prevent them. James and Eric are the best.The store was very clean.I will come back and buy just to have James and Eric provide a teachable moment.
