The staff is poorly trained in both product information and customer service. The doors and windows sitting in racks on the floor are filthy. Overall, the store is poorly organized with stackers and lift trucks in main aisles. The customer service staff is rude, gruff, and probably fits in very well with the people in this part of the city.

The store was well organized and clean. Associates were friendly and made eye contact with customers throughout the store. We were coming from another home improvement store where the appliance we wanted to purchase was on backorder until mid March. This store not only had the exact same appliance in stock ready for delivery but it was cheaper. The associate who helped us in appliances was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure our questions were answered. We were able to utilize one of the promotions currently being offered which prompted us to purchase an additional appliance we had not planned on. This interaction restored our faith, Great Customer Service does exist!

This store doesn’t recognize veterans to receive a military discount. Although we are not active duty or didn’t retire from the military we also made many contributions to our country and should not be excluded for this benefit. This is why I’m taking my business back to Lowe’s.

Two cashiers argued with me about my purchase. Another employee helped me reload my cart with the "correct" merch. The cashier after that did a good job. Name on receipt says "Karla"

Ms Jamime, she was very friendly and helpful through the whole process, I would really recommend , my sisters and my family, my friends to go to her, I would definitely go ask her any questions that might need help with my home improvement.

Had the greatest experience very early in the day because the person in the appliance dept was so attentive and so courteous. I miss having people at the stores with such positive attitudes. A young man was dusting all the machines and area. That really impressed me, and I made a comment to the person assisting me. They made my day!!

If you are looking at buying a new appliance reach out to Ivan Zamora. He is a true asset to this company.

The associate in the appliances section was patient & helped me though my entire order from picking out multiple products to checking out! She showed great customer service.

This store is well stocked every time I go there. They always have what I need to start/finish my home projects. Keep up the good work.

The Store was very well operated, the workers were friendly and very informative and available.

I started coming to this store because I once had a bad Monday, I felt nothing was going to go right for me that day , (you know that gut feeling you get sometimes?) I had lost my chow chow (BEAR) that morning to a crazy driver on my street which is located On a cul-de-sac? So I don't know if I was still crying or still had tears in my eyes, but the young lady,, who came over to help me find my plumbing repair parts I was looking for. But She took the time to walk me to the location of parts, and she could've stopped there, and walked away; but she asked me ” Are u sure everything is alright, sir!?” I told her about my friend & pal ”BEAR” my chow-chow! She said she was very sorry to hear about my furry friend. The best part is (I found out as she talked to another employee who had been waiting for her in the employee break room) she used her break period to make sure an old man, who was having a VERY bad day, feel so much better, just because she decided to take the time to ”ASK IF I WAS OK! So...thank you, Selena! U made me feel like more than JUST ANOTHER CUSTOMER! Yes I still had to go fix a leak in my yard from the main water supply line, but she made me feel a bit better for the rest of the day! So for that, you've got a loyal customer for life! I came in very frustrated with a plumbing issue I was having and Bruce in the plumbing dept took the time to really go over some things with me and it completely solved my issue. THANKS BRUCE!!

Store Managers should be required to use their proper name. Because i had a complaint, the manage would only tell me his name as "J". The cashier packed some of my materials in the bag on her side of the counter. I thought she put the bag in my cart with other lawn materials. when i notice the items were still at the store, i call the manager "J". he verified the items and instructed me to pick them up. i ask if the items could be refunded to my card card. i told him i was limiting my travel because of the COVID-19 situation. He refuse to refund my items: value $4.98 and $1.54. My lost; Home Depot gain!

I want to take the time to express my appreciation to Home Depot store number 0586 in San Antonio and one employee in particular. I had a problem with a ceiling LED light I had bought 2 years ago which had a 5 year warranty. Amador in the Electrical/Lighting Dept immediately jumped on it and fixed that problem by exchanging the failed light and with a new one with no additional charge. It is so uplifting to visit an establishment that still believes in providing top notch customer service and hiring people like Amador to provide that service. The store was clean and bright and it appeared that Home Depot is definitely trying to keep customers safe while in their store. Thank you Home Depot and thank You Amador!

Terrible service from ALYSA NO POOL SUPPLIES UNPROFESSIONAL STORE

Going to Home Depot has never been a thrill for me. Well, that changed for me the last time I was there. The sales associate name was Ivan and he had the best customer service skills. I spent more than I intended. Great Job Home Depot my experience was much better than I was expecting.

We needed help with an electrical fixer problem. Carlos who helped us was KNOWLEDGEABLE, KIND, PERSONABLE, and had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Carlos is an asset to your Home Depot. Carlos needs to be recognized for his great Customer Service. Robert & Aida Kelley

Product purchased was half empty which I did not mind taking back but Rose at customer service was very rude!

Good people, clean store, and plenty of merchandise.

This store is close to my home. It is hard to get in and out due to the construction on freeway. The employees are not particularly helpful. Upon a recent visit, too many customers made distancing difficult. Checkout in the lumber area blocks the exit. I often find empty shelves. Items are out of stock. Afraid to ask questions because when I do get help, they make you feel like a moron. I thought this was a DIY friendly store.

They were short staffed today and I had a hard time finding someone to help me...but then Lupe (from hardware dept) walked by and I asked for his assistance. He was great and knew exactly what I needed and was very nice and friendly about it. It wasn’t even his Dept but instead of just saying that to me (like a few employees did) he said but let me see what you need and maybe I can help. Thank you Lupe. I really appreciated your help today.
