Home depot wants to put the blame on fiskars and fiskars dont care about their products. I guess they figured out they made inferior product and no longer offer these pruners.

If you want excellent great service, excellent communication from an experienced employee who actually listens, ASK FOR NEEK, she is awesome. We visited Home Depot Sylacauga for blinds and the visit was a great experience because NEEK in Flooring/Window Coverings did a great job for us. She listened to our concerns, questions and offered solid answers and options for every aspect of the project. ASK FOR NEEK!!

Had a great experience in this store today. Helpful workers and had great hands on help in lumber.

Im very pleased with the service at sylacauga home depot. Had two pro service desk personnel that went above and beyond to help with my issues on my order. They were very knowledgeable.. Also had some guys in lumber department and tools to and nails and bolts department that were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work yaw.

It was a pleasure shopping at the Sylacauga store. One simple suggestion open and keep registers open at 3 points of the store.

I go to this store almost every day. It’s my favorite store. The people that work here are my wonderful friends. Sometimes I go there just to see them. The center isle is way too crowded, to the point that you can’t use a cart. It is a safety hazard and we all talk about it. But the guys at the big office don’t care. They don’t have to shop here. Other than that, you will not find a better place to shop.

The store manager was rude and disrespectful to an elderly woman returning an unopened microwave oven. After pages and pages of receipts and 10 of thousands of dollars later she gave up searching for the receipt and began screaming at her. The rudeness was absolutely horrendous. She needs to be fired.

Easy, understanding, caring

Needed a specialty item and asked where it might be found. Employee took me to it right away. Got it and back to the project. Pleased.

I ask the lady at the service desk to call someone to help me with a pressure washer. No one came so I went back to her and ask her again. Then I saw a worker and I ask him if he could help me. He did.

Made a phone order the other day for lumber and hardware. The woman who took my order was very pleasant and helpful. Oder was for delivery. Received on delivery date - truck driver gave me a call 20 minutes in advance of arrival, which was appreciated. When he arrived he was very quick and efficient. Got his fork loader off the truck, picked up the stack of lumber and took it down my steep driveway and put it where I requested in no time, with no problem. Also very pleasant and courteous. All good.

tried to return an item that had a lifetime warranty and the karen at returns said she cant because i obviously abused the item.

Nice, clean, and neat environment. Very friendly and courteous employees.

I was in Home Depot this past weekend and have never been treated better at any store I have been in. The store was clean, the sales associates went above and beyond to help and stock was good. I will be back.

Miss. Terra in the Sylacauga location was wonderful ! My husband an I are very pleased with the way our purchase was handled! She is very polite!

It is always the employees that make a store. If you are looking for something it is easy to find someone to ask

I bought some industrial torpedo heaters a few weeks ago for an industrial job that Mr. Tony helped me with and they are great.

He was very knowledgeable for online order questions and helped me out more than enough!

I was greeted with friendly employees and was asked by several workers if I needed help. One employee took my list and located all my items quickly. Tony at the service desk offered better items, while keeping my budget in mind. Everyone knew a lot about their store and where the items are—down to the shelf!

This was my 1st flooring project & Rebekah at this Homedepot was so helpful in helping me choose the right color and quality I needed for my kitchen floor. I recommend shopping at this location, their customer service and availability of products was second to none! Store Manager, David and his team should be applauded.

I went to this Home Depot and bought a hot water heater and was denied my military discount. I have been in this store a lot and have always gotten my military discount no questions asked. The cashier was a little rude and wouldn’t even give me the discount. I will be going to some other home improvement store that will honor the military discount

The cashier noticed a box had been taped back, after looking inside finding that part of the kit was missing she corrected the issue by getting another box before I left and would ultimately having to return to the store, Ms April is what’s expected for exceptional customer service. Thank you

I can always get what I need at this Home Depot and it's a clean store but this is not what I love about it. The people that work here are so friendly. If you are not welcomed and spoken to at minimum 3 times be surprised. Seems like every associate you pass gives a warm welcome no matter what section of the store you are in.

Was able to buy name brand washer and dryer set at a comparable price to other similar stores. Quick sales by a very courteous salesman. Wanted a set with simple knobs for an older lady. They had this available.

I always have a great experience. I cant see myself going somewhere else.

The Dewalt drill bit,trailer light kit,wood products and hardware surpassed my expectations. Priced right and good quality. P.S. The utility trailer turned out great.

The cashier helped me decide what flowers to but for my wife’s anniversary
